Mr. Grossman’s is a leading authority on elite athlete post-competitive development and transformation. With over 25 years of direct experience in all major sports leagues in North America, he has supported the efforts of leagues, players associations and some of sports most distinguished players, coaches, and administrators. Central to his efforts has been the development of an interdisciplinary, standardized, evidenced-based post-competitive player development platform capable of providing broad access to the ecosystem of elite athletics.
