Job Description Regional Growth Support $50,000K-$60,000K per year Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm Columbus, Ohio Permanent Opportunity What You'll Do: Coordinate with your assigned AGRs to build daily, weekly, and monthly routes to maintain a minimum of 10 stop-ins per AGR per day Routes should be built to ensure each location is visited within the specified time based on its ranking Review AGR activities from the prior day and take action to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner Partner with AGRs to ensure their storage facilities and vans remain fully stocked with samples, displays, printed flyers, and any other POP materials needed to drive growth in their territories Assists AGRs by conducting follow-up calls to help close and win new stocking locations Completes new vendor and new item forms for new account set-up Manage C and D accounts. Identify up-selling opportunities and work with accounts to achieve free freight minimums Manage stocking locations, contacts, and stop-in notes in Salesforce.com to ensure 100% accuracy Other supporting tasks and projects to contribute to the growth of the company, which may include engagement and sampling with outside sales reps for distributor customers (i.e. Grainger, Fastenal, Ferguson, etc.) What We're Looking For: 1-3 years of experience in direct sales, inside sales, or customer service/sales support Ability to communicate well on the phone and via email to handle any difficult customers/prospects in a professional manner Adept at using Saleforce.com to record daily activity Comfortable making outbound calls Excellent time management skills Detail-oriented and organized with a high degree of accountability to deliver KPIs Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with both internal and external partners Constructive problem solver with a willingness to adapt to change Proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative Apply Today!
