Management managers through intimidation. Mgmt shows a lot of favoritism. Direct manager controls the distribution of jobs to the Recruiters and gives the A jobs to his favorite recruiters. Rarely ever speak with direct manager. Lack of communication within the entire company. Department VP and Director (my direct boss) have huge egos. Offshore Recruiters from India are the majority. All of HR, Mgmt, SR. Mgmt are from India. The owner couldn't care less about maintaining US recruiters in jobs. It's just an all around downer to go to work.
