What You'll Do
Own an enterprise client book of business against Fortune 300 companies, with an emphasis on eCommerce business models
Engage and influence senior client and agency stakeholders, including the C-Suite, to grow their businesses with ad Marketplace solutions
Conduct extensive client and market research, creating custom messaging to address specific client needs and pitch effectively against the competition
Navigate client and prospect organizational structure to establish and nurture a strong network of relationships at various levels
Facilitate “Forever Partnerships” with clients by aligning and executing on a long-term partnership vision
Build, maintain and accurately track a large prospect pipeline to deliver on quarterly and annual sales targets
Represent the company and foster new relationships at premier industry events
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree; 5 to 7+ years as a strong performer in enterprise and/or large customer sales
Experience solution selling to key stakeholders at brands and agencies across multiple disciplines including media and analytics
Strong sales, presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively execute on discovery, objection handling and closing with decision makers at multiple levels within an organization
Proven results on securing multi-million dollar long-term partnerships domestically and/or globally
Proficiency in building and leveraging professional network to facilitate introductions and testimonials to prospective customer decision makers
Aptitude for sharing and gathering market, competitive and business insights
Capacity to prioritize a sizeable book of business across multiple verticals
Consultative analytical and data driven problem solver that can comfortably navigate customer conversations
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in performance media and/or eCommerce business models
Fluency in Media Math metrics and a working knowledge of measurement methodologies including MMM, MTA & LTA
Proficiency in Salesforce and Google Workspace

The Role
We're seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to lead critical initiatives across customer analytics, reporting, insights, and forecasting. This role blends strategic insight and operational rigor to drive high-impact analysis, pricing strategies, media optimization, and data-driven forecasting across revenue-critical functions.
You will own financial models, lead cross-functional analytics projects, deliver clear and compelling insights to executive leadership and build scalable reporting and business intelligence workflows that support decision-making. This role reports directly to the Senior Director, FP&A.
What You'll Do
Build and lead customer-facing forecasting models and deliverables
Build and maintain executive-level dashboards and business health trackers
Drive proactive scenario analysis and pricing-related insights to inform strategic decisions
Oversee invoice forecasting and reconciliation workflows
Lead the development of scalable analytics tools including trend monitors and proactive reporting Partner cross-functionally with customer-facing teams to support performance and optimization
Coach and mentor analysts while improving reporting and analytics capabilities
Design anomaly detection frameworks, support business health alerts, and clearly communicate risk and upside opportunities
Qualifications
7+ years in FP&A, analytics, or business intelligence roles at a B2B company in a tech or tech-enabled business
Expertise in visualizing data, crafting clear business narratives, and distilling complex data into actionable insights
Experience with SQL, Tableau, reporting automation, dashboard creation a plus
Proven ability to build trust and strong relationships with senior leaders across corporate functions
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High sense of ownership and accountability in fast-paced, high-volume data environments
Demonstrated maturity and discretion in handling extremely sensitive and confidential information
Experience in performance marketing or advertising analytics is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
