    We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sr Director / VP of Business Development to join our team and drive the growth of our business through strategic partnerships and client relationships. As the Sr. Director / VP of Business Development, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Innovid's growth strategy. What You Will Need: * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). * Proven track record in business development, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role in the advertising technology industry. * Strong product and technical knowledge, with the ability to engage in technical discussions with partners. * Demonstrated success in building and nurturing client relationships at the executive level. * Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. * Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities. * Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team. * Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events * This is a hybrid position in our New York City office and with an in office presence 2 days a week.
