The Senior Principal Product Manager (Technical) spearheads the development and execution of product strategies, roadmaps, and market analyses to ensure alignment with organizational goals and industry standards. This role collaborates with clients, leadership, and cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, QA, and data platform teams, to define and validate comprehensive product requirements. Acting as the voice of the customer, the manager drives improvements in data workflows, clinical best practices, change management, and user experience, with particular emphasis on payor process optimization. Overview: The Business Rules Support Analyst will be responsible for providing in-depth analysis and creation of healthcare provider business rules that will modify and edit medical claims. This role requires in-depth knowledge of medical billing and coding of insurance claims from working in the healthcare profession as either a biller or at a software clearinghouse. The Support Analyst role is a customer facing role via email, ticketing, and occasionally in video meetings. This role requires the ability to review customer requests, ask for any clarifications from the requester and then create, test and publish custom claim edits on behalf of the client within company stated SLAs with a high level of quality. Requests can be customer initiated or medical insurance company mandates or necessary to ensure claims are paid timely. In addition, the Support Analyst will be responsible for reviewing claims that have failed to process in the system and come up with new edits to solve for outstanding changes that are needed within the system. Overview: The Associate Business Development Manager is responsible for selling INOVALON Software as a Service products directly to the healthcare industry. Duties and Responsibilities: * Responsible for selling INOVALON SaaS products and services directly to the healthcare industry * Consistently attain and exceed monthly sales quotas; * Use CustomerCentric sales techniques, process, and pipeline milestones to manage sales process with prospects and customers; * Initiate outbound prospecting, qualifying, and contact verification for INOVALON services utilizing the CustomerCentric sales techniques; * Work in a team environment driving, all prospecting, qualification, sales activities and sales targets in a defined geography or territory; * Utilize issue-based prospecting and sales techniques to uncover customer/prospect needs and correspondingly the value of the business problem we are attempting to solve; * Become proficient with using the CRM Salesforce Automation tools for contact management, opportunity tracking, sales pipeline management, forecasting and sales reporting; and * Other duties as requested and/or determined. * Maintain compliance with Inovalon's policies, procedures and mission statement; * Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined within Inovalon's Operating Policies and Procedures in all ways and at all times with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the undertaking of the position; and * Fulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by Inovalon for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of the Employer. Job Requirements: * 0-2 years of successful tele-sales experience selling technology products or services, calling on business influencers and meeting monthly performance objectives; * 0-2 years of experience in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint; * Experience working in a fast paced, matrix sales environment with close attention to detail; * Experience making 30+ outbound phone calls per day; and * Experience working with sales force automation and contact management systems. Education: * Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
