What We're Looking For
Education & Experience

InsideSales Permanent Representatives are responsible for receiving and processing calls from commercial customers. Primary responsibilities are to receive in-bound calls, selling new permanent commercial trash and recycling accounts over the phone and handling service adjustments, while passing on certain calls, after qualifying, to Reps requiring site visits or additional information. Respond to all increases and decreases in service, change of ownership, and other miscellaneous service changes that affect revenue.
Negotiate with all customers to retain the relationship during pricing initiatives.
