Inside Sales
Pay: $21 - $23 / hour

Responsibilities:
Live our mission statement
Serve as the primary point-of-contact in our showroom for Lansing's customers
Handle inbound and outbound calls
Report to the Branch Operations Manager
Perform quotes from architect plans for windows and other exterior building products
Provide consistent and outstanding service to all call-in and walk-in customers by developing a thorough knowledge of all Lansing products and services
Use a nationally-linked inventory management system to fill customer orders and to provide inventory control
Assist when needed in loading and unloading boxes of building materials

Qualifications:
Prior sales experience (preferred)
High integrity
Strong interest in sales and/or retail as evidenced by previous jobs or by educational courses taken
Strong, proven customer service skills
Ability to work well in a team as well as one-on-one with customers
Basic knowledge of computer functions and ability to use a computer keyboard and monitor
Goal-oriented
Willingness to tackle new challenges and new ways of doing business
Knowledge of building principles and building products is a plus
Knowledge of replacement windows is helpful but not required
Skills in meeting and working with new people
Preferred ability to lift and carry boxes of building materials, sometimes weighing as much as 70 pounds. (Although this is not your central responsibility, it may be required from time to time.)

This B2B sales position is responsible for New Business Development - Selling Fiserv products and solutions via inbound and outbound call efforts. This role specifically has the unique opportunity to work with the Clover Team here at Fiserv!

If you don't know, Clover was founded to deliver more to the small and medium-sized businesses that desperately need easy-to-use software and appealingly designed hardware. Our open-source Point of Sale system cultivates a seamless merchant-customer interaction, creates an exceptional customer experience, and allows merchants to run their businesses at maximum efficiency. With a consumer focused product, our global reach, and our solution bundles, we will build a $50M+ business from the ground up.

You will generate and convert new leads by establishing and maintaining relationships with our existing referral channels and partners. You will run a pipeline of business, moving the various opportunities throughout the sales cycle, and successfully closing the sale.

As a Sales Representative, you can look forward to:

Meeting and exceeding sales revenue targets, both monthly and annually.
