Position Summary
Looking for an energetic, dependable, customer-oriented representative for order entry, answering customer questions and billing inquiries with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism to offer complete customer care. As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will provide industry-leading customer service to our customers.
This is a full-time, in-office position at one of our four office locations: Lee, MA; Bensalem, PA; Flint, MI; or Goldsboro, NC. The ideal candidate must be within commuting distance prior to starting.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Answers customer requests or inquiries concerning equipment, products, promotions, and billing with the ability to take full responsibility, from start to finish
Provide timely and thorough resolution of all issues raised by customers, as well as documenting all actions and correspondence
Make recommendations according to customers' needs on features, accessories, and upgrades

Executes all defined operational processes and requirements with excellence (i.e., designed cadences for client and prospect engagement, ongoing product and demo certifications, order entry requirements, centralized intake forms, etc.).
Participates in sales meetings, call calibrations, and training as needed.

Job Summary
Consumer Cellular is adding to our team of incredible relationship builders, conversation havers' and wireless technology lovers. A key member of this team is our Wireless Sales Expert who is responsible for working directly with our customers by listening to their needs and ensuring we provide a product-based solution. Our Wireless Sales Experts are motivated by delivering a world-class experience where the customer leaves with a smile on their face and a working phone in hand.
The starting wage for this position is at least $17/hour plus commission.

Brand Ambassador - While orange is our color, we are best known for our outstanding customer service. You will ensure the store is comfortable, welcoming, and always open for our guests when needed. Relationship Builder - You will have the opportunity to build relationships with guests, team members, and field leadership. Building a relationship requires you to be an active listener, solution-finder, and conversation initiator.
Product and Services Enthusiast - You will receive world-class training on our products and services and you will be able to translate technology into real-world conversations. You will be able to explain a SIM card with the same clarity as how you would explain making a PB&J sandwich. You will also attend meetings, training, and connections where you can ensure you have all the knowledge needed to take the best care of guests.
Account Management - You are responsible for setting and being available for customer appointments. You will be an investigator and problem solver when it comes to reviewing customers' accounts and finding the best plan and offers for the customers. You also understand that record keeping is vital and are diligent in documenting customers' accounts with notes and details.
What You Need to Win in this Role
Education and Skills:
High school diploma, or equivalent experience is required.
Positive attitude and ability to make the customer feel like the priority.
At least 6 months of customer service experience.
Experience for operating a POS system and ensuring accurate transactions.
Proficient with MS Office suite of products (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Schedule and Attendance:
Flexibility to work weekends.
Retail Store is open six to seven days a week. Hours will vary between 9 am to 6 pm most days (We have part-time and full-time opportunities).
Physical Requirements:
Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, standing and moving items. This includes standing for 6-8 hours.
Requires the ability to move around the store, assist customers, and maneuver merchandise when necessary.
Regular store cleaning including cleaning display cases, and shelves and making the store clean and safe for guest.

Minimum Salary: $36,750
Maximum Salary: $46,200

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for the proactive inside telephone or email sales and marketing efforts with the objective of increased profitable sales. Main duties include establishing and maintaining customer relationships, processing quotes and orders for customers, pursuing product and application knowledge, and prospecting for additional organic growth from existing customer base.
What You'll Do
Processes telephone orders by quoting product prices, delivery specifications, and payment terms and by offering substitute products where appropriate
Assists outside sales personnel by processing priority transactions
Utilize company digital tools to sell, market, promote, demonstrate products, answer technical questions, and increase business through product sales to new customers and through additional sales to existing customers
Prospect for new accounts within a specified geographical territory
