What You'll Do:
Call Coaches, Athletic Directors & Parents: Reach out to high school, college, and pro-level coaches/Athletic Directors as well as parents and coaches of youth and travel ball teams to introduce them to MaxBP and our products. Many already know our name - now it's your job to help them buy.
Upsell & Cross-Sell: Engage with customers who order from our websites and increase average order size by recommending balls, bats, second machines, accessories, or related products from Frost Gear.
Inbound Lead Follow-Up: Call, text, and email every chat inquiry or form submission to convert interest into sales.
Customer Development: Follow up with buyers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction, ask for reviews, get referrals, and generate repeat sales.
Social Selling: Use LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook to find and engage potential leads.
Event Sales & Demos: Attend major events (NFCA, ABCA, MLB Winter Meetings, etc.) and conduct on-site demos at schools, fields, and conventions when needed.

Position Overview
The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers within their designated territory. Key Responsibilities

What you will do
The Service Representative is critical to the overall growth and profitability of the HVAC Service business! The chosen candidate will be responsible for initiating, establishing and building profitable service relationships between new customers and JCI. Responsibilities:
Greet and engage customers, assess their needs, and present vehicles that align with their preferences and budget.
Conduct product demonstrations, answer questions, and provide test drives to highlight vehicle features and benefits.
Negotiate pricing, financing, and trade-in values, securing sales agreements while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain strong product knowledge of dealership inventory, market trends, and competitor offerings.
Track customer interactions in the CRM system and follow up to build lasting relationships.
Support dealership sales goals through professional presentation, participation in events, and adherence to policies.
Qualifications:
Demonstrates a high “HQ” (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity.
Minimum of one year of experience in automotive sales or comparable sales experience.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
A passion for the automotive industry and a genuine desire to help customers.
Excellent product knowledge and the ability to learn about new vehicle features quickly.
Self-motivated, with a drive to succeed and achieve sales targets.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Physical Requirements
Standing and Walking: Consultants often spend significant time on their feet, walking around the dealership, assisting customers, and demonstrating vehicles.
Sitting: There may be periods of sitting, such as during customer meetings or paperwork.
Reaching and Bending: Consultants may need to reach into vehicles to demonstrate features or retrieve items.
Lifting: Occasionally, there might be a need to lift or move documents, brochures, or other materials.

Primary Job Function: To meet with customers in their homes and educate them on the various options and designs of new or replacement HVAC equipment. You will professionally advise homeowners in determining the correct heating and cooling systems that offer the best solution to fit their needs. This position requires a consultative sales approach and a desire to help the customer fix their home comfort problems.
Work Hours: 40 hours a week, which may include some Saturday appointments.
Pay: Base Salary plus commission, with expected earnings over $150,000 per year, and top performers able to earn $200,000+ per year
