Specific qualifications for the role include: 6 months of customer service experience preferred Excellent telephone, and written skills, including English grammar Ability and desire to learn new systems and processes quickly Enjoys working with computers, including basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (specifically Outlook & Excel) and comfortable with Google search engine High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license and clean driving record (MVR) SAP / ERP experience, preferred but not required Some knowledge of industrial distribution products and hydraulics, preferred but not required Attention to detail, accuracy, ability to multitask, sense of humor Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
