Primary Responsibilities
Meet or exceed assigned sales quota by executing the sales cycle, setting up closing appointments, maintaining assigned commercial contact lists, participating in professional associations, providing lunch-and-learns, and promoting continuing education courses
Complete Emergency Ready Profiles (ERPs) and discuss the benefits of emergency event preparation
Conduct objective-to-objective daily marketing contacts, build commercial customer relationships and rapport by educating them on the reasons SERVPRO is the best cleaning and restoration company in the world, compile and maintain commercial center of influence (COI) information, identify Target 25 (Top 25 contacts to develop into clients)
Provide owners and Marketing Managers with one-on-one meetings (closing appointments) with commercial COIs to encourage SERVPRO referrals
Increase sales territory revenue by consistently achieving sales territory goals
Position Requirements
A minimum of two years of progressively responsible commercial business-to-business sales experience
Experience with commercial sales and marketing within the service sector
Superb sales, customer service, administrative, verbal, and written communication skills
Strong business and financial background and process-and-results-driven attitude
Experience in the commercial cleaning and restoration or insurance industry is desired
Working knowledge of current business software technologies is required
Bachelors degree in marketing or business or equivalent experience
Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

We are a manufacturer's rep firm in the electronic security market, and have an immediate opening for an Outside Sales Representative. This position will cover the Northern California/Northern Nevada Area. You must already live in the area(s).
Position Overview:
The Sales Rep will work cooperatively with sales management and internal/external customers to deliver exceptional customer and sales support including but not limited to, customer care, answering product questions, quote generation, project design, and job walks.
Essential Responsibilities:
Develop customers to produce market penetration on all brands with presentation skills.
Educate and train customers on a variety of products to a granular level to elevate brand awareness.
Create a market strategy focused on all channels to build long term relationships in multi-channel environment.
Monthly reporting through CRM, with expected daily verbal communications to RSM's, inside sales support, and weekly.
Touch base with management.
Ability to travel to local trade events and remote events.
Travel to two to four sales calls/technical adviser calls on job sites per day.
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales or a related position within the security industry.
Minimum of 1 year Computer Networking Systems experience.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
High school diploma or equivalent. Accredited college degree a plus.
Military experience, electrical engineering or computer networking a plus.
