Responsibilities TikTok USDS is seeking a highly motivated Security Engineer to join the Insider Risk program. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Insider Risk Operations Analysts to develop and tune data sets and analytical models to enhance detection capabilities and analysis workflows

- Maintain systems to facilitate the analysis of alerts and events, integrate data sources, clean data and develop associated analytical models
- Support Insider Risk Operations Analysts with alert review, tuning, and reporting
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Provide guidance and thought leadership to insider risk analysts performing monitoring, threat hunting, and predictive modeling functions
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, information security, or like discipline from an accredited college or university or measurable knowledge/experience from proven industry, military, defense, or government operations.
- 5+ years experience in Data Science, Digital Forensics, Insider Risk, Security Operations or Technical Investigations role
- Experience working in an operational environment
- Experience using security analytics platforms such as Splunk or similar log aggregation and analysis tool
- Experience writing Golang, bash, Python, and SQL queries
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:

In Otsuka's evolved customer engagement model, a Health Science Advisor (HSA) will engage HCPs through a variety of in-person, virtual and digital tools, offering expanded expertise regarding products and the approved conditions they treat. Otsuka's Clinical and Scientific Specialists (CSS) will provide deep clinical expertise on-demand and will engage healthcare providers to offer personalized education on disease state, thought leadership and real-world evidence.
These ecosystems are led by Ecosystem Leads and are grouped into regional areas. Regional Leads have significant autonomy to assess unique market priorities and customize decisions that reflect local customer needs. In the future, Otsuka will also shift to drive customer engagement quality, accountability, and cohesion between patients and healthcare providers. The Health Science Advisor will report directly to the respective Ecosystem Lead, coordinating with cross-functional colleagues in Medical (CSSs), Market Access (HSAMs), and Patient Support (PELs) under appropriate guardrails. This individual will serve as the main point of contact/connection to healthcare provider (HCP) customers and should have a wide breadth of expertise, (e.g. able to address complex on-label information based on approved content).
**Conducts proactive outreach to HCPs on topics such as:**
+ Product access: local market payor coverage and co-pay, prior authorization, formulary placement, and availability expectations

Ability to meet physical demands - climb ladders and/or attic stairs, to maneuver in attics, basements, and crawl spaces to access HVAC units, in order to assess customer requirements and take measurements.
