The Department of Economic Security, Division of Benefits and Medical Eligibility is seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Triage Customer Service Representative. This position will, under minimal supervision, be working independently, will interpret and apply established Policy and Procedures to resolve customer inquiries and determine the customer needs for services requested for the programs such as Nutrition Assistance (NA), Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), Medical Assistance (MA), and State Programs administered by the Division of Benefits and Medical Eligibility (DBME). This position will use the state system to record and research complaints on benefit eligibility, amount of benefits, technical issues, notices, federal regulations, and case statuses. The Triage Customer Service Representative will provide resolution of non eligibility related issues (fair hearings, medical emergencies, restoration of benefits, etc.). This position will confer with customers to gather additional information to resolve complaints or issues, explain case facts to customers and offer community or other support options.
Job Duties:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assist customers by phone in an inbound call center setting while reviewing and entering information in various computer systems to determine what steps to follow in the appropriate standard work to place customers in the workflow or provide assistance that resolves the customer's call
Educate customers of Self-Service options and assist with various assigned call types to help the customer with the reason for their call
Conducts a complete range of eligibility related customer service functions, which includes research, compile information and analyze policies and procedures to resolve complex customer issues
Respond to difficult, time sensitive complaints and feedback while referring customers to an internal resolution team for unresolved eligibility complaints and provide conflict de-escalation in dealing with emotional or irate customers
Issue EBT Cards following established policy and procedures, completion of EBT log, and assisting customers
with submitting requests for Electronic Benefits Replacement and process requests to mail Voter Registration forms to customers
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSAs):

English language for sentence structure, composition, content, spelling, and grammar
Program rules, regulations, policies and procedures, and computer systems

Sales Trainee

This is a training role that is made to prepare the Sales Trainee for the Account Sales Manager role. The role primarily is to support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for the ASM during vacation, sickness, injury or any special projects as needed. TRAINING
The Sales Trainee (ST) is a training role.
Upon successful participation in the training program, the ST is eligible to interview for open Account Sales Manager (ASM) roles.
Upon completion of the program and certification, if no ASM or otherwise qualified role is available AND the ST is meeting performance standards, the employee may remain in the ST role up to 12-months OR until an ASM or another qualified role is available (whichever comes first).
Once an ASM or another qualified role is available, the certified ST must interview for that available role.
If promotion to the role of ACCOUNT SALES MANAGER (or other role) does not happen prior to the expiration of the 12-mos completion period, the SALES TRAINEE role will be vacated due to end of assignment unless an exception applies.
For exception, based on continued high performance, no open roles and certification completion, a manager may extend the 12-month completion period an additional 6-months.
The ST role is an at-will position, meaning that the Company or ST can terminate the employment relationship at any time, for any reason or no reason at all, with or without cause.

PURPOSE
Primary Care Sales Consultant (SC) is accountable for implementing the sales strategies for an approved Cardiorenal product. You will further drive launch activities for an anticipated launch for menopause. Responsibilities of the role include driving demand, clinical education and sales by developing, coordinating, and implementing a strategic business plan for Primary Care Physicians, primarily in the Community settings.
The position reports to the CVR Area General Manager (AGM) and will be an integral part of the Area Customer Squad, collaborating closely with Marketing, Market Access, Patient Services, and other internal partners, as appropriate, to drive the US Pharma outcomes.
Travel up to 50% within the territory. The position is residence based and candidate must be domiciled within the territory. The territory covers Tucson, Yuma, Casa Grande and others.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibilities of this role, Primary Care Sales Consultant - Cardiorenal are to:
* Build and develop professional relationships with (but not limited to) primary care, pharmacy staff, within assigned customers;
* Drive appropriate utilization of approved CV and menopause products; the incumbent will work closely with the Customer Squad to generate pull-through within local payers, community HCPs;
* Leverage expertise and knowledge of diabetes and menopause marketplace, applicable competitors, industry and cross-functional activities/plans to anticipate and effectively manage business opportunities and challenges;
* Provide relevant, thoughtful input to other commercial colleagues (e.g. sales leadership, regional account managers) in regard to strategic and tactical planning for territory, area, and region;
* Develop and implement effective customer specific business plans; communicates insights to internal stakeholders;
* Prioritize time and effort to ensure optimal coverage of appropriate physician specialists based on opportunity and potential;
* Understand fully the assigned customers' product and business needs and works to meet those needs while adhering to all of Bayer company ethics and compliance standards;
* Anticipate potential barriers to achievement of goals and proposes responsible solutions for success;
* Handle customer objections effectively and exceed customer expectations with the value they bring to physicians. Occasionally will be called on to share your exemplary skills with others in the region in a training capacity;
* Leverage and embrace emerging technologies to enhance performance, while continuously striving to improve your proficiency;
* Understand and comply with pharmaceutical industry guidelines and regulations and apply high ethical standard in day-to-day work.
WHO YOU ARE
Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Proven track record of consistent high performance in a sales role or other relevant experience;
* Proven track record in developing long-standing relationships with customers;
* Outstanding written and oral communication skills;
* Demonstrated leadership and foster an environment that promotes ethical behavior and compliance with company policies and applicable laws;
* Ability to comply with any customer credentialing and safety requirements (e.g., up-to-date vaccinations, trainings);
* Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's degree or 10 years of relevant experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree;
* 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales;
* In depth knowledge in the cardiovascular and/or diabetes and/or menopause disease states;
* Product launch experience;
* Strong analytical and computer capabilities;
* Virtual Sales Experience;
* Strong local relationships with HCPs and understanding of local market.
Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $113,000 - $170,000. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc.
This salary range is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant's location, market data/ranges, an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.

This position will, under minimal supervision, be working independently, will interpret and apply established Policy and Procedures to resolve customer inquiries and determine the customer needs for services requested for the programs such as Nutrition Assistance (NA), Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), Medical Assistance (MA), and State Programs administered by the Division of Benefits and Medical Eligibility (DBME). This position will use the state system to record and research complaints on benefit eligibility, amount of benefits, technical issues, notices, federal regulations, and case statuses. The Triage Customer Service Representative will provide resolution of non eligibility related issues (fair hearings, medical emergencies, restoration of benefits, etc.). This position will confer with customers to gather additional information to resolve complaints or issues, explain case facts to customers and offer community or other support options.
Job Duties:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assist customers by phone in an inbound call center setting while reviewing and entering information in various computer systems to determine what steps to follow in the appropriate standard work to place customers in the workflow or provide assistance that resolves the customer's call
Educate customers of Self-Service options and assist with various assigned call types to help the customer with the reason for their call
Conducts a complete range of eligibility related customer service functions, which includes research, compile information and analyze policies and procedures to resolve complex customer issues
Respond to difficult, time sensitive complaints and feedback while referring customers to an internal resolution team for unresolved eligibility complaints and provide conflict de-escalation in dealing with emotional or irate customers
Issue EBT Cards following established policy and procedures, completion of EBT log, and assisting customers
with submitting requests for Electronic Benefits Replacement and process requests to mail Voter Registration forms to customers
