The Inside Sales Specialist position is responsible for providing critical support functions across the global sales team to help drive Synthego's operating principle of customer experience. Key functions include supporting post-order customer follow-up and retention efforts with an emphasis on Synthego's Halo Discovery products (sg RNA, GKOv2) and the goal of growing existing account spend as well as other activities deemed critical for business growth and customer experience.
