Cons of working at Insight Enterprises

Constant reorg, lack of communication, endless RIFs, not right sizing of salaries of tenured employees, lack of transparency of company direction, illusion of great places to work and over promotion of women in leadership

Pros of working at Insight Enterprises

I worked with very intelligent people. Working remotely was very convenient, although it does help to occasionally brainstorm with colleagues.

Not knowing what was going on with the company. Little feedback from managers.

I like the environment of sales! My team has good chemistry, and we work hard while keeping each other focused.

Cons of working at Insight Enterprises

I have no reason to complain. I am looking for something else because my wife and I have a baby boy on the way! I'm always open to seeing if there is a better opportunity out there.

As far as benefits go? I love the fact that Insight offers an HSA. Compensation wise? I love that we had a ramp up period of full guarantee on commission to get us started.
