About the Role:

Reporting to the Executive Director of Portfolio Management and Operational Effectiveness, the candidate will be responsible and accountable for the coordination and leadership of activities across the portfolio which includes project planning, portfolio analytics, modeling, scenario planning, decision analysis support for the portfolio and operational effectiveness.

The Associate Director, Portfolio Management and Operational Effectiveness will utilize industry best practices in all endeavors, collaborating within Program Management and with functions across the organization.

About You:

+ Bachelor's degree in a scientific or business discipline. MBA or advanced degree preferred.

+ 5-7 years of Project/Program/Portfolio Management and/or business analytics experience with increasing responsibilities in R&D and commercial in a biotech/bio-pharmaceutical environment

+ Strong drug development project planning experience. Project Management Professional certification (PMP) is a plus.

+ Strong analytical, visualization and modeling skills.

+ Strong drug development knowledge; ideally experience in discovery through commercialization

+ Resource planning experience is a plus

+ Project/Program/Portfolio Management process improvement knowledge a plus
