What You'll Do
As a Senior Finance & Accounting Manager, you will serve as both a strategic resource and hands-on financial leader for multiple client engagements:
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to GAAP and internal controls.
Maintain general ledgers; prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements.
Prepare cash flow forecasts, projections, and financial dashboards to support client decision-making.
Develop and strengthen financial controls, accounting workflows, and organizational finance policies.
Plan and manage annual audit preparation, including coordination with auditors and development of required schedules.
Participate in client leadership and/or board meetings as needed and communicate financial results clearly to stakeholders.
Anticipate evolving client needs, identify efficiency opportunities, and recommend best practices.
Collaborate with Insource team members to ensure high-quality, consistent service delivery.
Visit client sites occasionally for meetings and onsite support (minimal travel; mostly local).
What We're Looking For
Strong analytical and financial reporting skills, with the ability to translate details into clear, high-level summaries.
Proficiency with QuickBooks or similar accounting systems, and strong Microsoft Excel skills.
Familiarity with accounting for government contracts or grant-funded organizations preferred.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort presenting to leaders and boards.
Bachelor's degree required.
At least 3 years of accounting leadership experience in small to mid-sized organizations, public accounting, or consulting.
Nonprofit accounting experience strongly preferred.

What you'll do:
* Confidently lead complex or challenging client meetings, bridging the needs of multiple constituencies. Anticipate and organize next steps.

* Serve as reviewer/advisor of narrative analysis, and lead high-level strategic conversations based on Financial Statement implications
* Prepare new, non-standard, or alternative financial reports, including dashboards, benchmarks, and the separation of cash vs. accrual reporting and analysis.
* Assess client financial systems and make relevant recommendations to proactively mitigate risk and improve overall efficiency, including integrating multiple data/financial systems.
* Participate in new business development efforts as needed or requested.
What We're Looking for:
* Exceptional understanding of GAAP and general accounting skills and ability to effectively communicate these to clients; educate oneself on changing Accounting Standards and often serve as the Internal Expert.
* 5-10 years in small to mid-sized firms, preferably with 3-5 years of management-related experience in multiple environment sectors
* Demonstrated success in developing and working with clients to create reporting outside of standard formats routinely.
* Ability and willingness to train and support team members on various software platforms.
* Ability to clearly summarize budget details and present relevant information to key stakeholders.
* Ability to communicate to non-financial leaders in a clear, concise and helpful way.

Qualifications:

Enforcing the laws and regulations relating to importing, exporting, and/or international shipping to and from the United States.

Annual Base Salary for newly appointed CBPOs varies as follows:
GS-5 and GS-7 $40,332 - $109,952 per year
Locality pay varies by duty location.Note: A fully trained CBPO is eligible for up to $45,000 in overtime pay in addition to the starting salary. Grade level eligibility and salaries vary depending upon background, including experience and education, and duty location of the opportunity. This is a career ladder position with a grade level progression of GS-5, GS-7, GS-9, GS-11, and GS-12. You will be eligible for a promotion to the next higher grade level (without re-applying) once you successfully complete 52 weeks in each grade level. Promotions are at the discretion of the agency. Insource is seeking an IT Support II/Senior IT Support Specialist for our Corporate Department.

What You'll Do:
* Serve as a lead to the support delivery teams. Be a resource to help develop support staff and provide advanced troubleshooting skills
* Provide support for Mac and Windows integrated with cloud technologies from Microsoft Azure, Dropbox, Office 365, Google, and many more.
* Participate and lead weekly support meetings to discuss new technologies, case studies, roadblocks, and outstanding service delivery.
* Lead and implement in collaboration with engineering technical projects and upgrades.
* On an ongoing basis report on client tasks/tickets and effectively communicate technical issues and project execution with IT Manager and IT Engineer
What We're Looking For:
* Proven ability to effectively interact with end-users in identifying and resolving technical issues
* Strong working knowledge of the Azure/Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive), G Suite, and cloud collaboration tools (Dropbox, DocuSign)
* Hands-on experience supporting Windows 11, mac OS, mobile devices, and modern workplace technologies with a focus on user enablement and adoption passion for customer service and technology with exceptional end-user support
* Ability to multi-task across clients, industries, and technologies, while maintaining an appropriate level of professionalism and composure
* Proactive and resourceful resolution to issues
* Unique ability to work with both business and technical-minded employees in order to plan and execute against project timelines and deliverables
* A firm understanding of business, implementation experience, and desire to configure and maintain systems
* Experience working with Entra ID
* 4+ years in a customer facing, technical support role preferred
* Bachelor's degree preferred

What you'll do:
* Confidently lead complex or challenging client meetings, bridging the needs of multiple constituencies. Anticipate and organize next steps.
* Be a go-to resource for client launches and special projects, often going above and beyond normal workload to pitch in during heavy client demand.
* Actively seek to share learning with the team during Insource meetings and regularly write Insource content to share industry knowledge and expertise with their peers.
* Work as a client or project leader; inform team members, Team Lead, and others in the case of a multi-service client about the status of tasks, client news and any feedback from the client in a clear manner.
* Perceived content/leader amongst peers and often sought out for team advice
* Proactive vs reactive communication of any potential issues/errors.
* Serve as a thought partner to the CEO/ED of the organization on all financial matters, including financial strategy and planning.
* Serve as the default leader on all assigned financial client engagements and add value above and beyond client expectations.
* Present to Board or management in a clear and concise manner and serve as a resource to client's senior management, acting as an extension of the client's management team.
* Present financial report analysis to Executive Staff and/or Boards on all assigned clients independently as needed, including board material preparations or preparation oversight.
* Actively engage organizationally. Attend required and voluntary events, seek interactions with those outside of service area. Represent Insource at networking events and client events .
* Regularly assist in business development efforts as requested.
* Demonstrate high performance and support for all colleagues.
* Contribute to social media, newsletter, and presentation opportunities regularly - internally, sometimes externally.
* Serve as reviewer/advisor of narrative analysis, and lead high-level strategic conversations based on Financial Statement implications
* Prepare new, non-standard, or alternative financial reports, including dashboards, benchmarks, and the separation of cash vs. accrual reporting and analysis.
* Assess client financial systems and make relevant recommendations to proactively mitigate risk and improve overall efficiency, including integrating multiple data/financial systems.
* Participate in new business development efforts as needed or requested.
What We're Looking for:
* Exceptional understanding of GAAP and general accounting skills and ability to effectively communicate these to clients; educate oneself on changing Accounting Standards and often serve as the Internal Expert.
* 5-10 years in small to mid-sized firms, preferably with 3-5 years of management-related experience in multiple environment sectors
* Demonstrated success in developing and working with clients to create reporting outside of standard formats routinely.
* Ability and willingness to train and support team members on various software platforms.
* Ability to clearly summarize budget details and present relevant information to key stakeholders.
* Ability to communicate to non-financial leaders in a clear, concise and helpful way.
* Possess solid working knowledge of compliance and regulatory regulations for organizations working within the nonprofit sector and general business practices.
