BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The Reconstruction Supervisor is primarily responsible for providing field support to the Project Managers (PM's) & Superintendents by performing a variety of tasks required to complete various restoration projects. PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: * Responsible for working with tools in the field as a carpenter or craftsman while supervising other hourly staff as assigned by the project manager. May also be responsible for letting subcontractors into a building, picking up/delivering various jobsite materials/equipment or other tasks assigned by the PM's/Superintendents. * Responsible for timely completion, submission, and pick-up of permit applications. * Serves to support the project manager(s) due to staff vacations, personal time, etc. (once the proper training is provided) while also working in the field with tools. * Attends inspections as needed when a project/job requires permits. * Cleaning and debris removal as needed to maintain job site appearance and safety. * Responsible for contents (customer's personal property) manipulation on job sites as assigned by PM's. * Obtains proper manager approval prior to making any purchases. * Submits daily job receipts and respective receipt forms to the PM's/Superintendents. * Manages subcontractors on job sites as assigned by PM's. * Takes progress photos during site inspections and/or visits * Completes log notes of site inspections, interactions with clients, subcontractors or * governing authorities. * Assists PM with maintaining and updating schedule & completion dates. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY: This role has no direct reports. Manages hourly staff and subcontractors on job sites as assigned by PM's. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Interview, hire, onboard and train new-hires or transferred team members within pod-specific workflows and role-specific expectations.
Provide ongoing training and development to ensure team members are up-to-date on billing and coding procedures, compliance, payer requirements, and best practices.
Conduct bi-weekly huddles to review site scorecard/metrics, adjust workflows, and implement new strategic initiatives across roles.
Identify gaps in team communication and address problem areas with innovative solutions to improve accountability and performance between team members and within the pod as a whole.
Perform quarterly reviews for direct reports with bidirectional performance feedback.
Provide feedback to RCM Manager or Director to support quarterly and annual performance reviews for all pod staff.
Prepare and present detailed reports on site-specific RCM KPIs, highlighting areas of concern and areas for improvement to RCM Manager or Director. KPIs include but may not be limited to:
Collection Rate: Monitor and report on the net collection rate, analyzing performance against targets. Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for improvement.
Days in AR: Track and evaluate average days in AR to ensure appropriate advanced collection, payment application, efficient and accurate claim filing, and timely back-end billing and claim resolution. Investigate and address any delays or bottlenecks that may be causing extended days in AR.
% AR Over 90 Days: Review and analyze the percentage of AR over 90 days (insurance v. patient) to identify trends or issues requiring attention. Work with the team to reduce the percentage of aged receivables by implementing strategies to resolve outstanding claims and payments.
RCM Ticketing: Review speed and effectiveness of resolution of practice needs, account questions, and communication back to practice and/or patient. Ensure response time follows SLA and appropriately addresses initial ask.
Audit team performance weekly and ensure that all RCM activities are processed in a timely, accurate, and compliant manner according to SOP and KPIs per role, holding team members accountable to target metrics.
Develop and enforce procedures for following up on outstanding claims and ensuring payment collection on overdue accounts.
Ensure team is appropriately staffed in relation to volume-based staffing model per pod, and role alignment per team member is positively impacting RCM metrics.
Review trends MoM to assist in setting departmental goals related to RCM metrics and provide input into strategic initiatives aimed at improving financial performance.
Continuously evaluate RCM processes to identify inefficiencies or areas for improvement. Propose and implement strategies to streamline workflows and improve the net collection rate, reduce days in AR, and lower the percentage of AR over 90 days.
Report any compliance concerns to RCM Manager or Director, and assist with resolution of compliance issues or discrepancies, working closely with the compliance department as needed.
Act as first point of contact for site leadership when account or patient questions arise. Coordinate research with appropriate role-specific team member and review outcomes with site leadership and/or direct manager.

Education, Certification, License, and Skill Requirements:
Associate degree required.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Must have experience in a customer-facing position, such as liaison between the customer and the Company.
Minimum of five (5) years working as a BIM Coordinator, Detailer or Modeler
Five (5) years of experience or equivalent education/training that demonstrates the usage of computer-aided design software. AutoCAD, REVIT, and Navisworks experience and proficiency required. Visio experience is a plus.
Must have the mental capacity to understand and apply job-related concepts, technologies, instructions, procedures, computer and software operations, input data and create/annotate drawings with a very high degree of accuracy on a consistent basis with high throughput.

Position Summary
The Warehouse Supervisor - Shipping is responsible for leading nightly outbound dock operations in a fast-paced distribution center environment. This role ensures product is accurately routed, safely palletized, properly labeled, and shipped on time, while maintaining high standards for productivity, accuracy, and safety.
This is a hands-on, floor-based leadership role, requiring strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to lead teams through tight shipping deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Shipping Operations
Assign, train, and supervise dock associates responsible for routing packages from conveyor systems to correct delivery routes using hand scanners
Ensure pallets are stacked correctly to prevent product damage
Verify all pallets are accurately placarded with dealer/customer identification to prevent misdeliveries
Ensure all UPS shipments are processed and dispatched by designated cutoff times
Monitor outbound operations to ensure all processes are completed before end of shift
Documentation & Reporting
Process all required nightly shipping paperwork including delivery manifests, exception reports, and truck departure logs
Print, review, and interpret productivity and accuracy reports
Track dock employee performance using Productivity & Accuracy reporting tools
Team Leadership & Accountability
Lead, coach, and hold dock employees accountable for productivity, accuracy, attendance, and safety
Administer disciplinary action in coordination with branch management when necessary
Interview, hire, train, and evaluate employees assigned to the shift
Promote teamwork and consistent execution across the dock team
Safety & Quality
Administer company safety programs to maintain a safe and compliant work environment
Ensure proper handling and disposition of damaged merchandise
Maintain asset control and support physical security of the facility

Operate and navigate the PKMS warehouse management system
