Experience in interstate transportation projects in urban areas. Understanding and familiarity with MUTCD and GDOT Design Guidelines and Standards preferred. Familiar with traffic control plans including but not limited to traffic shifts, detours, lane closures or other activities that disrupt traffic flow. Knowledge of the properties, characteristics, strengths, and weaknesses of the materials used in construction. ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician I, GDOT Concrete Certification preferred, Portable Nuclear Gauge user certification, RTT certification preferred Experience with concrete and pavement testing.
