These positions are for early career inspectors who will be responsible for reading and interpreting Engineering Drawings/Blueprints, complex wiring diagrams, and sketches to verify manufactured hardware is compliant with the requirements for hardware. Inspect hardware to the specifications and make decisions as to the acceptance of hardware according to criteria. This position plays a critical role in enforcing tobacco regulations, preventing youth access to tobacco products, and ensuring compliance with advertising and labeling standards. Key Responsibilities Compliance Inspections & Enforcement Conduct Undercover Buy (UB) and Advertising & Labeling (A&L) inspections at licensed tobacco retail outlets. Ensure compliance with FDA and North Carolina guidelines related to tobacco sales and marketing.
