This is a full-time position responsible for the handling of election fraud/election crime investigations in the State of Florida. SPECIAL NOTES: This position will be located in the TBROC. The selected applicant must reside within 50 miles of the Tampa Regional Operations Center. Moving expenses may be approved if you are relocating to TBROC from a regional office. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for the review and investigation of complex election fraud/election crime investigations from various origins including but not limited to, the Florida Department of State and Supervisor of Elections. Resolves various complaints made to FDLE which are not immediately subject to investigation by the Office of Executive Investigations. This position may also be called upon to support Public Corruption investigations. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: * Five years of sworn law enforcement or sworn investigative experience, one of which must have been in the capacity of a Special Agent with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement. * College education from an accredited institution can substitute at the rate of 30 semester or 45 quarter hours per year for a maximum of three years of the required experience. NOTE: Experience as a Special Agent Trainee or a Probationary Special Agent does not count toward the one year of Special Agent experience. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: * Knowledge of and ability to utilize legal, acceptable, and effective investigative techniques; * Working knowledge and understanding of law, criminal and administrative procedure applicable to general and internal investigations; * Working knowledge and understanding of the governmental structure for the state of Florida; * Skill in oral and written reporting and documentation; * Ability to comprehend and retain critical facts; * Ability to verbally communicate results/progress of investigative activity in an effective and efficient manner; * Ability to establish investigative goals and objectives and to plan, prioritize, and implement necessary steps to accomplish such; and * Ability to demonstrate a professional image in appropriate dress and demeanor and personal interaction. Key accountabilities: • Perform visual inspections of incoming and outgoing parts and materials. • Inspect and identify material and related documentation as prescribed by the purchase/repair order, highlighting any non-conformance or omission. • Perform review of physical attributes, quantity, and records for release. • Operate forklifts as required to retrieve material from storage racks that have either been sold or to store material that will be sold in the future. • Enter, verify, and validate the accuracy of data input into the DASI database. • Comply with ESD (electrostatic discharge) requirements when receiving ESD material. • Work with Quality Assurance department in continuous improvement projects. • Pack & Ship merchandise according to established procedures. • Ensure all parts are packaged properly, so no damage occurs during shipping. • Check customer requirements or ATA SPEC 300 for special packaging sequence. • Process air waybills and related shipping documentation and check for accuracy. • Schedule pickups as required. • Ensure all documentation is packaged with parts before shipping. • Image all documents and pictures pertaining to each sales order into our system. • Communicating with the supervisor/manager regarding shipping/inspection related issues. • Responsible for other special projects or duties ass assigned.     • Perform detailed visual and paperwork inspection for compliance to quality requirements and specifications. • Primary interface with Customers and DCMA to resolve concerns relating to production hardware or requirements, ensure product meets company/customer requirements. • perform process and product audits • Ensure product meets and is documented in the configuration management systems. • Participate in RCCA (Root Cause Corrective Action) with cross functional groups Qualifications • Must be a United States Citizen. • High School Diploma or Equivalent is required. • Min 2 years inspection or related manufacturing experience • Must be familiar with fine pitch leads, component identification, soldering, bonding and conformal coating applications. • Previous experience in the manufacture of aerospace electronics highly preferred. • Must be familiar with ISO9001, AS9100, requirements. • Must be able to organize, prioritize and multitask. • Must be a motivated individual with a bias for action. • Must have basis computer skills and be familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word • Energetic team player that interfaces well at all levels of an organization. • Excellent communication skills both oral and written. • Ability to visually inspect using a microscope • Ability to interpret drawing requirements, perform work to inspection instructions Additional Information Shifts: Monday - Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm Pay: 13/hr 6+ Month Contract *****This is an opportunity for contract to hire based on individual work performance and attendence***** **Looking for candidates with good work history, good attendance record, a positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
