Review project drawings and specifications to prepare for field inspections. Drive to job sites and perform inspections in accordance with relevant building codes and contract documents. Operate, calibrate, and maintain field and lab equipment as needed. Accurately complete and submit electronic daily field reports with clear summaries of work performed and observations. Maintain open, professional communication with project managers, engineers, and clients. Ensure reporting and documentation meet all regulatory and company standards. Provide excellent customer service and represent the company's values in the field. May assist with limited project management tasks as assigned. Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of field testing or inspection experience required. ICC, CWI, WAQTC, or other special inspection certifications required based on project needs. Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in dynamic field environments. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Work Environment: Onsite and field-based role; involves frequent travel to construction sites. Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow). Physical activities include walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lbs (75 lbs with assistance). Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays during peak season (March-November).
