Job Description
Quiktrak, Inc. is the industry leader in Field Inspections for banks and finance companies throughout the United States and Canada. Utilizing the latest technology, our inspectors provide the industry's most reliable and trusted field inspection services.
We enlist the aid of independent contractors to perform Floor-plan audits and Leasing Inspections for us on an as-needed basis. We are currently looking for field inspectors, located in the vicinity of Palm Desert, CA to perform floor-plan audits, primarily at commercial business locations. This is contract work only; job volume is not guaranteed and it is part-time.
Inspections generally take between ten minutes to two hours to perform.
Qualifications
- Contacting businesses and scheduling inspections within given time frame.
- Traveling varying distances to conduct inspections.
- Utilizing Revoquest software to complete reports.
- Identifying equipment, locating serial numbers and documenting any damage.

The selected individual will assist with inspecting construction project(s) for compliance with Storm water regulations, particularly the California Construction General Permit. Trouble-shoot site compliance and BMP issues

Job Summary
Luxury Desert Escapes Property Maintenance & Housekeeping Inspectors position primary function is to ensure that the properties assigned are clean, safe, and working order meeting Luxury Desert Escapes Standards. This is done by completing assigned maintenance work orders and completing home arrival inspections after the housekeeping team has completed the clean of the property.
Areas of Responsibility and Duties
Complete assigned daily maintenance and home inspection work orders
Accurately complete required documentation; submitting any required information at the end of the shift
Work independently on assigned maintenance and home inspection orders or assignments
Spot safety & cleanliness issues and address in a timely manner
Understand basic operation of electrical, plumbing, appliances, HVAC, and other handyman duties
Test, troubleshoot and perform basic repair on all types of equipment notifying management of any vendor needed items.
Maintain maintenance & housekeeping inventory and requisition parts and supplies as needed
Assist guests with troubleshooting of home issues including technology in homes
Assist in cleaning homes as needed to correct issues, when time permits, and as the situation dictates
Assist in enforcing a superior level of cleanliness and standard property appearance
Observe established policies and procedures
Other duties as assigned

Working Conditions
This position operates in a professional environment. This position routinely uses standard tools, power equipment, cleaning supplies, cleaning equipment, cell phones, and office equipment. All Luxury Desert Escapes employees are required to pass a background check before being hired.
Physical requirements
This job is physical requiring constant movement 90% of the time. Lifting/moving requirements are generally up to 50 pounds. This position requires the need to crouch, stoop and bend for 90% of the shift. Normal workdays are between eight and ten hours.
