PRIMARY FUNCTION: Perform NDT inspections of standard and routine parts, processes and purchased materials to determine compliance with the specifications, standards and codes. May use Coordinate Measuring Machine for inspection if there is a proven and released program that is labeled as such. W15 can also debug motion programs for offline programmers, if required, under the supervision of QC management or W17. 4. Advise Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, Production, Purchasing and Supplier personnel of quality problems and conditions, and assist in preventing the recurrence of defects by performing appropriate follow-up, inspection and evaluation activities. 5. Troubleshoot, disassemble, and repair various types of nondestructive equipment. 6. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. 7. May perform similar or lower classified work as required.
