This includes critical inspection items that may affect the function and safety of the product. * Assists in the collection and verification of parts (in process/finished good sampling) both during and after production runs as required. * Fills in as required and trained for any position in all areas of the Quality Department. * Alerts supervision or management of problems with materials, product, tools, etc. * Works as a team with the other employees in all departments to complete inspection functions. * Prioritizes and completes work in a timely manner as outlined by supervision and management. * Inspects multiple product types in any given shift. May require switching between different products throughout the shift. * Evaluates product defects and make decisions regarding the status of the product based on the inspection criteria.
