    Title: Spring Co-Op - Nondestructive Inspection (NDI) Pay Rate: $18.00/per hour. Overview: As a Co-Op on the Nondestructive Inspection team at ATS, you will have the opportunity to partner with our team to support multiple projects on our clients' sites within the region. The Co-Op is going to include direct hands-on general tasks related to these specialized inspection services. Key Responsibilities: * Work with leaders and other NDI Technicians on general tasks related to the team. * Opportunity to learn and apply the industry various inspection methods and gain hands on experience. * Perform tasks as directed to prepare components or equipment for inspections. * Work alongside certified technicians to help complete projects and learn activities. * Interface with personnel to determine scope of work and work priorities to meet customer expectations. * Help clean and organize equipment before, during, and at the completion of projects. * Document on job training experience as assigned by management. * Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by supervisors. Work Conditions: * Most work will be completed in an industrial environment including, but not limited to papermills, power generation, and manufacturing facilities. * Must be able to wear safety equipment as required by the safety department for personal protection. * Work from heights on scaffolding, ladders, elevated platforms, man-baskets, etc. * Work in confined spaces which will require crawling, stooping, climbing, etc. * Work in and around operating equipment and industrial environments. * Work with radiation and hazardous materials such as cleaners, penetrants, film developing chemicals, etc. * Work shifts up to 12 hours/day and 7 days/week and travel for extended periods of time * Ability to lift and carry 100 pounds.
