Quality Inspector II (2 nd shift) Reports To: Quality Assurance Manager (278) Summary: Tests and inspects products at various stages of production process and compiles and evaluates data to determine and maintain quality and reliability of products. Job Functions: Selects products for tests at specified stages in production process, and tests products for variety of qualities, such as dimensions, performance, and mechanical, electrical, or chemical characteristics. Records test data per inspection plans, applying statistical quality control procedures if appropriate. Evaluates data and writes reports to validate or indicate deviations from existing standards. Recommend modifications of existing quality or production standards to achieve optimum quality within limits of equipment capability. Maintains and reviews inspection data in SPC software. Preforms swab test & allergen test as per established procedures, documents & communicate results to production to release the line. The Rope Access - Technician is responsible for carrying out standard rope access operations under the direct supervision of an authorized Level 3 rope access supervisor. The technician will use Industrial Rope Access methods and related equipment to access and complete a wide variety of inspection, maintenance and other industrial work tasks while on ropes or in difficult access areas. Technicians must have the ability to perform work that is physically demanding, have good communication skills and the ability to assimilate a large amount of new information.
