We contract with inspectors at a county level. This means that you would be responsible to complete all inspections in your county. Complete the inspection within 4 days after it is assigned. Report general property conditions and make a determination of occupancy based on industry standards. Take 9+ photos of the property with brief comments. Complete a short form in an app. Requires being able to spend extended periods of time driving while making numerous stops during the day in the assigned territory. As a successful Inspector, you will be responsible for performing inspections, checks, and tests during construction on materials, equipment, and quantities at different stages of construction. Inspectors will ascertain whether construction methods, practices and materials are in accordance with plans and specifications, contractor agreements, and standard methods of work.
