What are we looking for?
The Inspector II Petroleum is responsible for measuring, sampling, and reporting findings on bulk petroleum and refined products. This position will travel at least 30% of the time.
Shift/Schedule: Inspector will work six consecutive days, followed by two days off, on an on call / as needed basis. This includes holidays and weekends.

What you'll do:
Understand and adhere to Caleb Brett safety procedures.
Able to perform by specified methodology the below duties in addition to completing the associated paperwork.
Volume measurement, temperature measurement and sampling of commodity materials contained or conveyed in lines, shore tanks, rail cars, tank trucks and vessels.
Custody transfer surveys of commodities transferred to and from rail cars, tank trucks, shore tanks and vessels.
Perform routine equipment calibration, verification and function checks.
Verify and communicate the results obtained and make the entries into the appropriate media, whether print or electronic, required to ensure the validity and traceability of the information.
Provide on the job assistance and receive training from more experienced inspectors.
Communicate and coordinate with terminal, transport and company personnel to promote smooth exercise of duties assigned.
Monitor the availability of the supplies needed for the above processes, and to make any needs for such supplies known to the Dispatcher or Coordinator.
Organize and coordinate jobs so that services are rendered, and reports and samples are submitted in a timely manner.
Maintain work areas, records and equipment in a clean, organized and functional condition.

3.0 Responsibilities:
3.1 In process inspection of bottles, as prescribed by First Article and In-Process Inspection procedures and assigned by the Lead Inspector. Follow all work instruction related to in process inspection.
3.2 Conduct daily dimension as required by department procedures, or Lead Inspector.
3.3 Clearly document Inspection results on Inspection sheets maintaining GMP requirements.
3.4 Conduct SPC, Vision System and Leak Detection system validation as required by department procedures.
3.5 Inspect line clearance as assigned by Lead Inspector
3.6 Release all product manufactured in the assigned shift using DC Link as per department procedures
3.7 Release reworked product using DC Link per department procedures
3.8 Identify and control non-conforming material as per company procedures, conduct back tracking for non-confirming product to assure all suspected ware has been isolated.
3.9 Document inspection results in QA log book
3.10 Communicate non-conforming product information to shift supervisor, lead inspector and group leads
3.11 Facilitate dock audits and Tailgate sampling as defined by the department procedure
3.12 Issues Quality Alerts if necessary
3.13 Responsible for maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Falcon is looking to add a Quality Control Inspector to our team. The Quality Control Inspector will be responsible for ensuring products and materials meet company and client quality and safety standards. QC Inspector will also partner with the General Manager and Plant Manager to make recommendations on quality improvement.
General Responsibilities
· Inspect parts for quality and part conformance to customer drawing
· Read blueprints and specifications
· Measure products with rulers, calipers, gauges, micrometers, tape measure, etc.
· Inspect, test, or measure materials or products being produced
· Monitor and recommend adjustments to the assembly or production process
· Accept or reject finished items
· Remove all products and materials that fail to meet specifications
· Report inspection, test data, and quantities inspected to project and production managers
· Work with engineering, project managers, and production team
· Escalate issues in a timely and concise manner
Requirements:

Position Overview
Hansome Energy Systems is seeking a highly detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) Inspector to ensure that mechanical and electrical components meet stringent defense and industrial quality standards. This role is critical to ensuring product reliability, regulatory compliance, and flawless execution of mission-critical equipment. The QC Inspector will perform dimensional inspections, documentation review, in-process checks, and final inspections.
Key Responsibilities
Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections on mechanical, electrical, and precision-machined components.
Verify parts and assemblies against drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Use precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, bore gauges, dial indicators, and other inspection equipment.
Inspect for workmanship, proper assembly practices, dimensional accuracy, and material conformity.
Document inspection results, discrepancies, and nonconformances clearly and accurately.
Assist with root-cause investigations and corrective actions when defects are detected.
Review manufacturing documentation such as travelers, work instructions, certificates of compliance, and material certifications.
Ensure products meet all requirements before release to the next production stage.
Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve issues.
Support continuous improvement and maintain compliance with internal and external quality requirements.
Qualifications
Required
High school diploma or equivalent.
1-3 years of experience in quality inspection or manufacturing.
