As the Inspector Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting thorough visual inspections of in-process and completed products to identify defects, flaws, and non-conformities. You will play a critical role in maintaining our high-quality standards and driving continuous improvement.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
* Visually inspecting products, including electronic units, precision electromechanical assemblies, and mechanical units, to identify defects, flaws, and non-conformities
* Using various measuring devices, such as dial indicators, preset micrometers, and scales, to verify product quality
* Accepting, rejecting, or reworking defective or malfunctioning units or systems
* Working from blueprints, diagrams, customer specifications, and inspection instructions to ensure accuracy and quality
* Monitoring and verifying quality in accordance with statistical process control procedures
* Collaborating with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement quality enhancements

Job Description
A Mobile Inspector II functions as a member of the Manheim mobile inspections team for a designated region with the primary responsibility of conducting vehicle condition inspections on a client's lot. Works with builder clients and their trade subcontractors to help troubleshoot primary cause of any issues found during field inspections
Must complete all inspections per the RESNET guidelines
Works with and provides training for the client's field and trade personnel on Specialty Inspector's software platform
Assists with customer complaint resolution and documentation per company policy
Communicates project status, updates, and changes to our central scheduling team
Meets all applicable code/ISO/certification compliance requirements
