Upon receipt, perform inspection of all new, repaired and rebuilt parts / components for evidence for physical damage, count and conformity
Ensure that all work packages (orders and forms) as well as records of arrival (debrief checklist) and maintenance actions performed are documented accurately and that all specialized customer forms, and Bombardier and Learjet forms (i.e., RED, RFE & SRPSA) are documented accurately.
Research aircraft drawings and technical data (i.e., REO, EO, DCN) as required.
Perform walk around inspection of aircraft prior to release from maintenance when required.
Assist customers as required.

Requirements
Have 3 to 4 years' aircraft maintenance experience
Have 1 year corporate / commercial jet experience
Have the ability to read and interpret engineering documents and maintenance manuals
Have the ability to read, write, and understand the English language

Monitor and document all required readings with regard to, but not limited to, metal anchor tooth (profile), paint wet/dry film thickness (DFT), steel temperatures and all required environmental readings using appropriate equipment to include: micrometer, dry film thickness gauge, infrared thermometer, psychomotor. Ensure all assigned equipment is maintained in good working order with within all calibration certification intervals. All of the above requirements shall be completed in a safe and efficient manner so as not to cause injury to self or others.

Required Experience: Formal or informal on-the-job training in the marine industry; familiarity with Navy and Society for Protective Coatings standards.

Receive QC LAB (also receiving inspection group) anodizing report, as well as supporting defect samples and address quality issues specified in their report
Conduct “outgoing” (from stamping) skid audits for product from presses identified by the Stamping Q.E. Report data as specified
Provided training to Stamping Department personnel as a qualified TWI trainer (Includes but not limited to developing TWI instructional break downs, providing individual training for TWI, documenting & tracking provided training, auditing TWI tasks as indicated by management)
For Start-up ensure that proper documentation and standards are at each press (gauge plan, part drawing, skid tags, skid labels, and standard boards) Perform “Start-Up” inspection using applicable gauge plan, applicable standard boards and past start-up retains. Record all results on Stamping Inspection Report
Maintain “Start-Up Retains Bank” located in the Toolmaker work area. As startups are approved, one raw and one anodized sample from the Start-up will be marked with the approval date and placed in the appropriate bin to be referenced on future start ups
At the beginning of each shift Stamping Q.C. Inspectors will review each press and ensure correct labels, gauge plan, part drawing and correct skid tags are being used
Keep Department QC Stations and/or QC Work Areas orderly at all times. Double check to make sure proper prints, gauging and inspection plans are at each press and in the QC areas as assigned.
Inspect and report inspection results for New Product Development (NPD) by completing the applicable Stamping Quality portion of the First Piece Submission Routing Form
Any other duties that may be assigned, including data entry, QC checks on discrepant materials, production and quality reporting, filing and maintaining paperwork, etc.

Conduct an on-going program to enhance the level of professionalism and state-of-the-art inspection applications within the inspection department.
Administer, and support, and support the NDT program, performance, and workmanship to verify that applicable Breeze and FAA regulations and standards are complied with.
Oversee the establishment and implementation of tool procedures and monitor tooling policies and calibration procedures to ensure tooling meets conformity, equivalency, and all calibration standards.
Develop recommendations for new tools that promote increased tool and equipment availability, reliability, or enhanced maintenance capability.
Support procedures for calibration of tools and equipment based on manufactures recommendations.
Recommend changes to the maintenance program and work specifications, based on recurring discrepant conditions found on Breeze aircraft undergoing maintenance.
Apprise the Manager of Quality Control and Chief Inspector of any issues that may affect safety, quality, or schedule of Breeze aircraft during aircraft maintenance.
Provide leadership and direction to ensure that high standards of performance are maintained in the areas of Quality, Safety.
Maintain compliance with SMS and Company safety policies and procedures as well as Federal Regulations by reporting any safety hazard or potential hazard.
Include SMS in your daily work habits and remain current in the training requirements for SMS.

Hours - 2
nd
shift - 2:30pm to 11pm, training on 1
st
shift 6am to 2:30pm.
Salary - The trainee hourly rate is $18.19, there is quick development and once trained you will move to $19.40.

Quality Control Inspector - 2nd Shift

The QC inspector is responsible for ensuring that all products meet quality standards. This includes inspecting raw materials used in the production process, conducting tests on finished products and performing audits to identify potential areas of improvement. The QC inspector must be knowledgeable of the relevant safety regulations and have excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Essential Functions
* Responsible for individual Inspection activities
* Undergo training when necessary
* Adhere to policies and procedures related to specific customer requirements
* Ability to understand specific directions and follow guidelines that are common throughout the department
* Ability to maintain a constant focus on quality and accuracy
* Ability to work with minimal supervision
* Specific competencies include but are not limited to following the Gowning, Personal Hygiene Procedures, and all other QC Inspection Work Instructions and SOPs including formatting Excel if required, Use of inspection equipment (Bench Linc, Vision Systems, Tensile Tester, Pin Gages, Ring Gages, Calipers, rulers, and Customer supplied fixtures) Perform Visual Inspection (using Tappi Chart) and Feel Testing. Operating the Annealing Ovens
* Obey all safety rules, use caution in work activities, and continuously practice safe behaviors
* Immediately report unsafe conditions/behaviors and work-related injuries to site supervision
Qualifications
Preferred
* High school diploma or equivalent
* 1 year of Product Operator experience necessary
* Experience within the department must be gained within 90 days for use of specific measuring equipment, displaying an understanding of the job requirements and any devices required to complete inspection/test activities
* Understand Quality Management System (QMS) requirements
* Training on the specific equipment must be fully completed within 90 days of hire
* Equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred
