Job Purpose
The QC Labeling Inspector is responsible for maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy and integrity within the Tissue Bank. Performs final product labeling and inspections, manages transport and storage of quarantine tissue, and maintains labeling supplies. Promotes Lean Behaviors across the organization (This includes Participating in Try storming, Brainstorming and Lean Related Initiatives). Promotes Usage of Problem Solving. Ensure that Labeling Operations are in Compliance with the State and Federal Regulations and AATB Standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
Preparation of the QC Labeling areas as specifically described in SOPs.
Performs final inspection of products for proper specifications, label accuracy, and compliance with applicable regulations, standards and Vivex Biologics, Inc. quality requirements.
Combines components for final products.
Applies labels to final product and adds package inserts, boxes, etc.
Maintains accurate inventory of post-processing, quarantine products (frozen and room temperature).
Performs disposition of nonconforming products as directed.
Coordinates and stages products for sterilization.
Monitors freezers and responds to alarms.
Supports nonconformance investigations, when applicable.
Maintains knowledge of applicable regulations and standards related to storage, handling, labeling and inspections of tissue.
Maintains effective communication with management when issues arise to obtain appropriate instructions to address the issues.
Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Working Conditions
Work is indoors in environmentally controlled conditions. Overtime may be required to meet production deadlines. Some on-call and weekends may be required.

JOB OVERVIEW
The Lead Detail Inspector(s) are responsible for the direct oversight of the Detail Inspection team, performing preliminary, hidden-damage, in-process, final Inspections, and perform return to service functions on all civil aviation articles received by this repair station in accordance with the current technical data provided in the manufacturer's instructions for continued airworthiness, operator technical data, service bulletins, service letters, airworthiness directives, government and industry standard practices, and other data acceptable and/or approved by the FAA.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee and coordinate inspections of the maintenance, preventive maintenance, or alteration of a powerplant, aircraft or appliance, or a part thereof, received at this repair station.

* Assist and train new and current inspectors in performing inspection tasks as specified on Company job cards, repair, and routing travelers, recording discrepancies as required.
* Oversee the work performed by Inspectors who are unfamiliar with the methods, techniques, practices, and equipment used to perform maintenance, preventive maintenance, or alterations.
* Lead Root Cause Analysis for nonconformances and audit corrective actions, including installed parts/material tags, tools and equipment used, proper signoff and references.
* Ensure work performed by outside sources and incorporated in articles undergoing maintenance, preventive maintenance, or alteration was properly performed and documented.
* Oversee and coordinate receiving inspection on incoming parts, materials, and tooling to ensure Company standards and requirements are met and generate the applicable identification tags.

Qualifications:

Job Purpose
The QC Labeling Inspector is responsible for maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy and integrity within the Tissue Bank. Duties and Responsibilities
Preparation of the QC Labeling areas as specifically described in SOPs.
Performs final inspection of products for proper specifications, label accuracy, and compliance with applicable regulations, standards and Vivex Biologics, Inc. quality requirements.
Combines components for final products.
Applies labels to final product and adds package inserts, boxes, etc.
Maintains accurate inventory of post-processing, quarantine products (frozen and room temperature).
Performs disposition of nonconforming products as directed.
Coordinates and stages products for sterilization.
Monitors freezers and responds to alarms.
Supports nonconformance investigations, when applicable.
Maintains knowledge of applicable regulations and standards related to storage, handling, labeling and inspections of tissue.
Maintains effective communication with management when issues arise to obtain appropriate instructions to address the issues.
Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Working Conditions
Work is indoors in environmentally controlled conditions. Overtime may be required to meet production deadlines. Some on-call and weekends may be required.

Perform EMU and/or piece part inspection of disassembled engines, identifying and documenting non-conformances. Recording the status of all inspected parts on the QC 227C (Unserviceable and Serviceable parts alike), and proper routing of parts to restore them to serviceable condition in a timely and accurate manner.
Routing parts to Outside Vendors and accurately documenting identification data and work required in Quantum.
Also responsible for overseeing maintenance actions in progress and documenting required data on maintenance forms as maintenance actions are accomplished.
Minimum Job requirements: Minimum FAA “P” Certificated; 2 years Minimum CF6 engine experience; Ability to navigate the OEM Manuals and to read and understand technical data; must have working knowledge of the Quantum Operating System.
