The Inspector will conduct walk-through surveys and targeted inspections throughout Brooklyn to assess the condition of building envelope systems. Areas include facades/exterior walls, roofs and roof drainage, parapets/coping, balconies/terraces, windows/storefronts, sealants/flashing, and waterproofing assemblies. Job Responsibilities: Identifying exterior deficiencies, helping prevent water intrusion, and supporting long-term repair planning and compliance efforts across a property portfolio.
