Responsibilities:
Ensure FAI, in process, and final inspections meet internal and external specs.
Work closely with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues quickly and effectively.
Document nonconformities and support root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Lead daily inspection activities on the production floor; coordinate a team of inspectors.

Qualifications:
3+ years in manufacturing quality inspection, with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role.
Strong understanding of quality control processes and inspection techniques
Proficiency in using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometer, height gauges, etc.).
Working knowledge of blueprints and engineering drawings.
Hands-on experience with First Article Inspection (FAI), non-conformance reports (NCRs), and corrective action (CAPA) processes.
Industry-specific experience (e.g., aerospace, automotive, medical devices).

HM183 Certified Diesel Mechanic Position Summary:
This position is required to safely and accurately perform general property and vehicle maintenance & repair duties in and around the shop operations in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge and understanding basic preventative maintenance and repair techniques of Class 5 through Class 8 commercial vehicles to include tank trailer inspection and maintenance related to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations is required.
Essential Functions:
All fleet mechanic positions will be required to perform vehicle maintenance & repair duties safely and accurately in and around the shop operations in a fast-paced environment.
HM183 will learn and become proficient utilizing the company's maintenance software program to create and complete work orders and maintain work order/vehicle maintenance records.
