Functions * Daily routine is to inspect parts and material, according to the drawing specification and inspection requirement. * Ensure the Supplier documents and product labeling complies with the Purchase Order, the Quality Assurance Provisions, and the call out of the Industrial Standards. * Ensure the inspection sampling process and inspection records are complete and compliant to the procedures. * Create NCM when nonconformance is identified. * Perform containment action and provide inspection support per MRB requests. * Ensure inventory and transactions are accurate all the time. Be able to do the cycle counting. * Initiate the inspection process for new parts or materials based on the engineering requirements. * Understand the inspection tools and their limitation to ensure the measurement accuracy by choosing the right tools and inspection methods. JOB DUTIES Visually inspects wax patterns prior to cleaning, soluble cores, developmental and prototype assemblies, and tools for surface defects and flaws. Uses a variety of hand tools to assist in visually inspect. Performs Statistical Process Control calculations using pre-established formulas to determine if dimensions are within acceptable ranges or if process is in control. Ensures all vanes are UTT inspected for accuracy, track all discrepancies and log as appropriate. Works with engineers to establish and test inspection techniques. Works with engineers to identify and resolve problems of surface and dimensional defects. Enters dimensional data into computer for engineering purposes. May train less skilled personnel as assigned. The Gaming/IT Inspector processes applicant background investigations, conducts card and dice canceling, and observes the inspection of gaming equipment. The position observes, monitors, and detects any deviations or irregularities in the destruction, removal, or installation of any new gaming device, equipment, tools, software, and hardware. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Conducts thorough Class III applicant background investigations for submission and approval to the Gaming Commission in compliance with National Indian Gaming Commission (NIGC). Regulates and monitors Class II and Class III Gaming. Collaborates with Surveillance and Table Game departments for testing of table games dealers; ensures compliance with house policy and procedures and effective game security. The metal fabrication Quality Control Technician is responsible for verifying all fabricated metal parts meet established quality standards. The technician will work closely with the Quality Engineer to complete inspections throughout the production process. This involves using measuring tools and techniques to identify defects, ensuring compliance with blueprints and specifications, and reporting any issues to production teams to maintain product quality and prevent further problems. Responsibilities * Inspect fabricated parts by visually and physically examining metal components at various stages of production, such as raw materials, cut pieces, welded joints, and finished products, to check for dimensional accuracy, surface defects, and compliance with design specifications. * Utilize measuring tools such as tape measures, levels, calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring instruments to ensure tolerances are met. * Read blueprints and specifications to thoroughly understand engineering drawings and technical specifications and verify that each fabricated part adheres to the intended design. * Identify potential quality issues such as misalignment, warping, scratches, dents, improper welding, and other imperfections during inspection. * Document inspection findings on quality control forms, noting any non-conforming parts and documenting corrective actions taken. * Communicate with production teams by reporting identified issues to production personnel and providing feedback to improve manufacturing processes and prevent future quality problems. * Implement corrective actions by working with operators to address quality issues by adjusting machining parameters, re-working defective parts, or implementing process improvements. * Maintain quality standards by ensuring adherence to established quality control procedures and industry standards, including safety regulations. is hiring for day shift, Monday-Friday. The Wax Outsource Inspector ensures all parts are inspected and met the quality requirements before the product is delivered to the customer. Performs inspection on cleaning, wax vanes/struts, and final assemblies. Additional inspection work may be necessary for gates, plastic vanes, and FOPAT vanes when product is available. Conducts visual inspection on products against corresponding process technique card and wax process quality requirements. Uses a variety of hand tools to assist in visually inspect. Performs Statistical Process Control calculations using pre-established formulas to determine if dimensions are within acceptable ranges or if process is in control. Works with Engineers to establish and test inspection techniques. Works with Engineers to identify and resolve problems of surface and dimensional defects. Works with Engineering to identify repeatable defects from the process for improvement. Works with Engineering to develop a repair plan for product that is broke. Performs repairs to Wax as needed. Enters inspection data into computer database. Writes deviation requests as needed. Maintains dimensional data collection and integrity according to quality measure.
