We contract with inspectors at a county level. This means that you would be responsible to complete all inspections in your county. Complete the inspection within 4 days after it is assigned. Report general property conditions and make a determination of occupancy based on industry standards. EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years of experience in municipal code inspections. 5 years of experience as a Builder, Architect, Engineer, Building Inspector or Building Superintendent preferred.
