Mortgage lenders require periodic updates on their properties and to do this they send out independent contractors. The purpose of the property inspection is: To verify property occupancy. To report on the general condition of the property using a mobile application. Most inspections are exterior only. About 10% require interior photos after the property has gone vacant. We contract with inspectors at a county level. This means that you would be responsible to complete all inspections in your county. In some cases, you will split the county with another inspector if there is enough volume for two inspectors. Responsibilities Most common type of inspection should only take 5-6 minutes. Complete the inspection within 4 days after it is assigned. Report general property conditions and make a determination of occupancy based on industry standards. Take 9+ photos of the property with brief comments. Complete a short form in an app. Requires being able to spend extended periods of time driving while making numerous stops during the day in the assigned territory. Requirements (to be considered you must have the following): Computer with an internet connection Reliable vehicle (good gas mileage is a plus as you will be paying for your own gas) Smartphone (Android or iPhone) Printer Pass a standard background check using a valid driver's license Pay and Hours This is a 1099 position. Each inspection has a flat rate. Rates vary based on county and volume. Although you are paid per inspection, you will earn the equivalent of $30-$40 per hour. Depending on a county and if it is urban or rural you will complete anywhere from 20-500 inspections per month working 2-30 hours per week. The Aircraft Technical Inspector (UH60) is responsible for ensuring that assigned aircraft are maintained within required specifications and are airworthy before operation. Inspects repairs and modification of aircraft structures, structural components and engines of complex to extreme difficulty. Plans, conducts, and supervises aircraft technical inspections. Develops and implements quality control and ground safety programs to ensure compliance with contract specifications. Evaluates personnel, including verification of skills, training and experience. Job Responsibilities: Requires being able to spend extended periods of time driving Efficient time management to route and complete inspections with an estimated 3-5 day turnaround time (this can vary) in your agreed territory Make a determination of occupancy based on industry standards and report general property conditions Using a mobile app, InspectorADE, to obtain all photographs, comments, and form documentation Consistent communication with your inspection manager via text, email and phone Requirements: Experience preferred, not required Complete a background check using a valid driver's license to obtain a Shield ID (Aspen Grove ABC#) - If onboarded with GIS, we will provide you the link to obtain your Shield ID Computer and internet connection Vehicle with good gas mileage iPhone or Android Printer Volt Stick Set of 11 Hud Keys (Inspector Keys) - If onboarded with GIS, we will provide a link with a discount code to obtain your Hud Keys Daylight availability Office supplies (paper, envelopes, ink) Pay: Set rate per inspection ($15-$20 per hour based on location and the number of inspections performed) Payment - inspections are paid out every Friday for work completed and approved the prior week by direct deposit This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position

The QC inspector is responsible for ensuring that all products meet quality standards. This includes inspecting raw materials used in the production process, conducting tests on finished products and performing audits to identify potential areas of improvement. The QC inspector must be knowledgeable of the relevant safety regulations and have excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Essential Functions * Responsible for individual Inspection activities * Undergo training when necessary * Adhere to policies and procedures related to specific customer requirements * Ability to understand specific directions and follow guidelines that are common throughout the department * Ability to maintain a constant focus on quality and accuracy * Ability to work with minimal supervision * Specific competencies include but are not limited to following the Gowning, Personal Hygiene Procedures, and all other QC Inspection Work Instructions and SOPs including formatting Excel if required, Use of inspection equipment (Bench Linc, Vision Systems, Tensile Tester, Pin Gages, Ring Gages, Calipers, rulers, and Customer supplied fixtures) Perform Visual Inspection (using Tappi Chart) and Feel Testing.
