Summary: The Lead Housing Quality Standard (HQS) Inspector is responsible for conducting any mandatory inspection for all leased units under the Rental Assistance Program in accordance to the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) program guidance.
