Responsibilities Perform structural tests including Acoustic emission tests to assess the integrity of the fiberglass and steel structure Magnetic particle inspections to identify surface cracks on ferrous metals Torque test all critical fasteners, among others. Dielectric testing to verify the electrical insulating strength in the FRP upper and lower booms, bucket, liners, FRP extensions on digger derricks, tool circuits, and upper control system. Qualifications Mechanically inclined. Basic knowledge of mechanical processes, movement, and assembly. Basic knowledge of hand tools. Proficient computer skills. Strong communication skills. Adequate visual acuity and perception to identify and distinguish light, color, depth, distance, and other elements pertaining to spatial resolution. For this role we are specifically seeking a Fire Alarm Inspector to conduct inspections, testing, and maintenance of fire alarm systems, ensuring compliance with NFPA standards and local regulations. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service while maintaining accuracy and reliability in all tasks. This position requires a NICET II certification in Fire Alarm Systems or Fire Alarm Test & Inspect, along with a minimum of one year of experience in fire alarm inspection.
