Analyze and evaluate actual dimensions and functional test results to verify conformance with established specifications and standards. May use Coordinate Measuring Machine for inspection if there is a proven and released program that is labeled as such. W15 can also debug motion programs for offline programmers, if required, under the supervision of QC management or W17. 4. Advise Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, Production, Purchasing and Supplier personnel of quality problems and conditions, and assist in preventing the recurrence of defects by performing appropriate follow-up, inspection and evaluation activities. 5. Troubleshoot, disassemble, and repair various types of nondestructive equipment. 6. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. 7.
