Mortgage lenders require periodic updates on their properties and to do this they send out independent contractors. The purpose of the property inspection is: To verify property occupancy. To report on the general condition of the property using a mobile application. Most inspections are exterior only. About 10% require interior photos after the property has gone vacant. We contract with inspectors at a county level. This means that you would be responsible to complete all inspections in your county. Essential Functions: * Read and implement PC (product criteria). * Operate hand grinding tools (both belt and stone). * Operate metal cleaning equipment, water flow and sonic equipment. * Adjust parts by use of presses, heat or other dimensional tooling. * Operate hand sandblast and auto blast units. * Prolonged gripping standing or sitting and pushing, pulling and lifting.
