Essential Functions:
Consult with contractors, consultants, engineers, job superintendents, and others in matters related to plans, specifications, materials, equipment, and the methods, practices and safety precautions involved in construction and installation of the work.
Prepare daily progress reports and maintains progress schedules in accordance with CDR Maguire's and Owner's requirements.
Check shop drawings and contractors' quotations for variations.
Keep records of quantities and cost of materials and verify used delivered materials conform to the contract documents.
Prepare contractors' periodic progress payment claims and recommends payment.
Ensure compliance with the contract documents by the contractor and the contractor's health and safety plan.
Check contractor's layout and verify accuracy.
Ability to bend, stretch, kneel, sit, and stand; ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Infrequently perform manual labor and work in adverse weather conditions.

Travel as required and as it relates to above duties or as directed by supervisor.
