Verify dimensions using calipers, micrometers, gauges, tapes, weld gauges, and other precision measuring tools, prepare reports. 3. Review and interpret engineering drawings, welding symbols, fabrication standards, and customer specifications. 4. Review NDE reports, prepare ncr when necessary. 5. Ensure products meet quality standards, customer requirements, and regulatory codes. QUALIFICATIONS: 1. High school education or equivalent. 2. The duties of the SWPPP Inspector will be to inspect construction activities to ensure compliance with environmental features of project plans and environmental commitments made to our customer with respect to the project construction and potentially impacted environmental features reporting observations orally and in writing to customer site contact. Other duties will include: Inform Environmental Compliance Inspectors and/or other members of the Environmental Compliance Team of observations, violations, activities, etc. Contact supervisor for priorities and deadlines in the field. Resolve differences in the interpretation of plans and specifications. Ensure the safe utilization, storage and maintenance of all documents and tools. Update Direct Report on progress and delays on every task or assignment. Ensure safe usage and maintenance of individually assigned company vehicle and field equipment. Meet established project deadlines. Carry out assigned duties in accordance with established procedures. Prepare and submit accurate, legible, comprehensive and complete inspection reports on a daily basis in accordance with established quality procedures. Review plans, specifications, and shop/working drawings for project activities.
