MAJOR FUNCTION:
This role is responsible for the strategic oversight and execution of enterprise-wide learning initiatives focused on professional skill development, leadership development, and career advancement across an 8,000-employee health system. The Senior Manager of Learning & Development will translate organizational competency models into targeted learning solutions that drive performance at all levels-from frontline employees to senior leaders.
This role will lead the design, facilitation, and evaluation of learning programs, manage external partnerships with universities and credentialing bodies, and oversee career advancement initiatives. In this role you will apply advanced knowledge of adult learning principles and leadership development to deliver impactful, scalable learning experiences that support workforce growth and organizational success.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education & Experience:
Bachelors degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Instructional Design, or related field required.
Masters preferred.
5+ years of experience designing and facilitating leadership development programs across diverse audiences and organizational levels.
5+ years of experience managing enterprise-wide learning initiatives or strategic projects, including stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
Proven experience consulting with internal education and learning professionals to guide learning strategy, program design, and implementation.
Strong background in adult learning theory and instructional design, with experience applying best practices to digital, blended, and instructor-led formats.
Experience managing external learning partnerships and measuring program ROI.
Progressive experience in assessing performance and learning needs to determine appropriate learning solutions, and leading the end-to-end process including design, development, implementation, and measurement of learning programs.
Proven ability to facilitate engaging learning programs for both frontline employees and leadership audiences, ensuring content relevance and impact across all organizational levels.
Experience analyzing and interpreting regulatory requirements and translating them into targeted learning solutions that ensure compliance and organizational alignment.
Experience in healthcare or other highly regulated frontline industry, preferred.
Certification/ Licensure:
SHRM - CP or SHRM- SCP preferred.

Short Description
This position will serve as a key resource to the Cooper Care Alliance Primary and Specialty Care Team.

The Medical Scribe ensures accurate and timely documentation of the medical chart under the supervision of the medical provider.

The Scribe performs other related medical record or clerical duties to increase provider effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity for improved patient flow and satisfaction.
The Medical Scribe will be able to enter orders but will be pended for provider's approval. Position will have the ability to make re-occurring patient's appointments.

Excellent written communication skills.

The ENCC will be influential in the development, expansion and innovation of our neurology service line.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education & Experience:
Associate's degree or HS Diploma plus 2-3 years of proven successful experience performing EEG procedures AND supporting clinical operations, through effective verbal and written communication, training, and coaching across all professional levels.
A graduate of a CAAHEP*Accredited program or complete one of the other educational pathways outlined by ABRET.
Minimum of 3 years of hospital and/or ambulatory experience in Electrocephalogram (EEG) testing required.
Certification/Licensure:
R.EEG T required.
Current BLS (American Heart Association) required.
