Responsibilities:
* Build, maintain, and improve scalable financial models and reporting tools using raw data from multiple systems (Oracle/GL, Power BI, EPM, Excel)
* Design, enhance, and maintain recurring reporting packages (monthly, quarterly, ad hoc), ensuring consistency, clarity, auditability, and usability for regional teams
* Support regional counterparts in monthly business reviews by preparing analysis, materials, and insights related to asset performance, vendor considerations, and pricing strategy

* Develop annual property-level budgets and quarterly forecasts; support implementation and ongoing variance analysis

* Assess revenue, nightly rate, and booking trends to understand residence- and destination-level performance, generate incremental revenue, optimize inventory, and inform acquisition and renewal decisions
* Monitor supply and demand dynamics in partnership with Acquisitions to inform destination growth strategy and optimize portfolio mix
* Collaborate with Revenue Management to proactively adjust rates and drive bookings to maximize residential performance
* Provide cost and operational analysis to Destination Experience and Regional Asset Operations to support informed staffing and operational decisions
* Analyze property financials to identify cost-efficiency opportunities and provide data-driven recommendations for expense optimization
* Accrue $500K-$1.5M in monthly expenses as part of the financial close process
* Work comfortably with imperfect or incomplete data, performing reconciliations, validations, and logic checks to ensure accuracy and reliability

Collaborate with Real Estate Finance and Acquisitions on the underwriting of new acquisitions and renewal opportunities
Engage with Marketing and Care on marketing and merchandising opportunities for distressed inventory and to create demand generation strategies in underperforming or seasonal markets
Support the Care & Sales teams by providing consistent and reasonable solutions to member inquiries related to pricing and availability
Serve as a subject matter expert in revenue management best practices across the organization
Represent the Revenue Management function of Inspirato in all interactions and communications with both internal and external stakeholders (meetings, conference calls, projects & initiatives, written communications, emails, reports, etc.) with an exemplary degree of professionalism

Compensation - $76,000-$90,000 We believe in building a compensation structure that reflects the comparable market pay rate for positions at companies similar in size, revenue generation and geographic location; in addition to individual factors including seniority, performance-based merit, education/training, and experience related to scope of responsibilities.
