ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
This position designs, develops and updates product shelf box and sterile tray labels, product manuals, quick reference guides, and other customer-facing technical documentation for existing medical device products. As a subject matter expert (SME), this position will collaborate with other team members across the organization including Manufacturing, Quality, Development, Marketing, Clinical Research, Regulatory Affairs, and contract manufacturers to define and maintain product labeling requirements while ensuring the labeling is accurate, visually appealing, cost-efficient, manufacturable, and compliant with applicable regulations, industry standards, and company requirements.
OPPORTUNITIES YOU WILL HAVE IN THIS ROLE
Work with product stakeholders to develop and implement geography specific and global labeling strategies for existing products.
Work with internal and external stakeholders to define and manage labeling deliverables for existing products including product manuals, quick reference guides, shelf box labels, sterile tray labels, and other customer-facing technical documentation.
Attend project meetings and communicate with stakeholders as necessary to define and maintain product labeling requirements.
Evaluate, troubleshoot, and maintain existing templates, and design new templates where needed.
Develop text, simple graphics, and update illustrations for labeling deliverables.
Develop and manage the tools needed (e.g., terminology sheets and style manuals) that ensure consistency across UI terminology and labeling deliverables.
Coordinate with contract manufacturers on creating and updating label printing files and ensure labeling requirements can be met.
Create and manage change requests for labeling change approval and release.
Communicate labeling deliverable timelines to cross-functional team and project manager.
Prepare deliverables for printed, e-labeling, or on-line help delivery.
Coordinate with translation vendor.
Perform first article inspections on labeling.
Manage multiple projects concurrently, while complying with good manufacturing practices, quality systems standards, and FDA and global labeling regulatory requirements.
Generate and approve design history file documents, device master record documents, engineering change order records, and other quality system documents and records as assigned.
Document product and therapy related field reports within the prescribed timelines and provide any necessary documents required to complete the investigation. Provide follow-up reporting as needed.
Complete training requirements and competency confirmations as required for this position within the required timeline.
Comply with applicable quality system procedures/policies and make suggestions for continuous process improvement.
WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO OUR GREAT TEAM
Required:
5+ years of labeling experience and/or technical writing experience from a regulated medical manufacturing industry (i.e. medical device or pharmaceutical, etc.)
Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency with Adobe FrameMaker, In-Design and Creative Suite
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with both internal and external stakeholders and senior leadership
Proficient with MS Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Bachelor's Degree in Technical Communication or a related discipline
Preferred:
8+ years of labeling experience and/or technical writing experience in medical device manufacturing
Proficiency with other label software packages such as Bartender, NetSuite, Loftware, Label View or Label Live

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
We are recruiting for a Reimbursement Manager Mid Central/Texas to join our team. In this provider/customer facing role, you will be instrumental in providing support to optimize Inspire access and minimize reimbursement barriers for patients and providers. You will be building relationships with providers, providers' offices, Ambulatory Surgery Centers, hospital outpatient facilities, as well as other cross functional internal and external stakeholders. You will be working independently in a fast paced, highly visible environment as well as collaboratively with the internal program prior authorization support services and field sales to ensure all customer needs are met supporting patient therapy access and communicating coverage challenges across specific payer channels with guidance on how to navigate and minimize those potential hurdles. You will also actively engage with new accounts for billing and coding training, audit education, and program review support.
OPPORTUNITIES YOU WILL HAVE IN THIS ROLE
Be the subject matter expert on coding, coverage, and payment for Medicare and commercial payers and impact patient access through complex problem solving
Effectively communicate and explain Inspire reimbursement education, support, and resources to customers in multiple sites of service including administrators
Both proactively and reactively navigate and address individual account and patient access issues that occur by partnering with external and internal stakeholders including internal reimbursement team and field sales colleagues
Respond to client and internal partner requests for customer site visits, Inspire program business reviews, and reimbursement needs/support
Establish and maintain customer relationships through reimbursement related engagement and cross-functional partnerships including Sales, Marketing, Medical Education, and Legal and Compliance, etc.
Execute on access and reimbursement strategic priorities, working with business partners to identify and prioritize key accounts for alignment of reimbursement support to achieve goals
Collaborate in the development of reimbursement presentations for site visits, trainings, client presentations and other meetings as appropriate
Keep abreast of ever-changing market dynamics and industry trends Inspire related impacts regarding to CMS and commercial payers
Work in a fast-paced environment and manage additional related responsibilities based on organizational needs
Build a culture of compliance that ensures that all activities are fully aligned with company quality system procedures/policies, applicable laws, regulations, and industries standards
WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO OUR GREAT TEAM
Required:
Bachelor's degree in business, science or healthcare administration required
5+ years of experience in reimbursement/market access and/or Successful experience working with complex insurance payer claims, denials, and appeals (Medicare and commercial)
Demonstrated knowledge in coding, coverage, and payment for implantable medical devices across the healthcare landscape including HCPs, ASCs, hospitals
Experience engaging directly with HCPs in multiple sites of service and in group educational settings
Excellent communication and in person and virtual presentation skills to interface with customers, cross-functional partners, and internal reimbursement and prior authorization partners
Independent and team-oriented problem solving and diligent self-motivated follow up
Direct experience collaborating with multiple internal and external stakeholders and managing project
Ability to travel regularly and up to 30-40%
Preferred:
Implantable medical device experience
Experience with Neurology products
Coding certification (CPC, COC)

· Prepare the treatment room for examination of pets and all necessary medical item and supplies (e.g. vaccinations, fecal loops, slides, etc.) for the veterinarian and/or veterinary technician. Set up fecals, smears, and skin scrapings as allowed by state rules and regulations.
· Maintain the flow of the Cycle of Service in accordance with position. Provide Client Education regarding preventive care, Optimum Wellness Plans, and basic status of hospitalized pets. Serve as support to the Client Services Coordinator staff on an as-needed basis.
· Hold or restrain pets during examination, treatment, or inoculation.
· Prepare routine in-house laboratory tests (e.g. canine heartworm, feline leukemia, FIV, and canine parvovirus) as allowed by state rules and regulations.
· Monitor the comfort of hospitalized patients. Ensure the comfort of hospitalized patients by "walking", exercising, feeding, and cleaning cages and pet (when approved by the veterinarian or veterinary technician).
· Bathe and dip pets when necessary to treat dermatological conditions (when advised by veterinarian or veterinary technician.
· Clean the surgical suite and instruments.
· Ensure cleanliness of the hospital including but not limited to housekeeping such as laundry, dishes, mopping, cage cleaning, trash collection and removal and instrument cleaning as outlined by hospital protocols.

Maintain the flow of the Cycle of Service in accordance to position. Provide Client Education regarding preventive care, Optimum Wellness Plans, and basic status of hospitalized pets. Serve as support to the Client Services Coordinator staff on an as-needed basis.
Hold or restrain pets during examination, treatment, or inoculation.
Prepare routine in-house laboratory tests (e.g. canine heartworm, feline leukemia, FIV, and canine parvovirus) as allowed by state rules and regulations.
Monitor the comfort of hospitalized patients. Ensure the comfort of hospitalized patients by "walking", exercising, feeding, and cleaning cages and pet (when approved by the veterinarian or veterinary technician).
Bathe and dip pets when necessary to treat dermatological conditions (when advised by veterinarian or veterinary technician.
Clean the surgical suite and instruments.

Maintain the flow of the Cycle of Service in accordance to position. Provide Client Education regarding preventive care, Optimum Wellness Plans, and basic status of hospitalized pets. Serve as support to the Client Services Coordinator staff on an as-needed basis.
Hold or restrain pets during examination, treatment, or inoculation.
Prepare routine in-house laboratory tests (e.g. canine heartworm, feline leukemia, FIV, and canine parvovirus) as allowed by state rules and regulations.
Monitor the comfort of hospitalized patients. Ensure the comfort of hospitalized patients by "walking", exercising, feeding, and cleaning cages and pet (when approved by the veterinarian or veterinary technician).
Bathe and dip pets when necessary to treat dermatological conditions (when advised by veterinarian or veterinary technician.
Clean the surgical suite and instruments.
Ensure cleanliness of the hospital including but not limited to housekeeping such as laundry, dishes, mopping, cage cleaning, trash collection and removal and instrument cleaning as outlined by hospital protocols
