Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
As the Game Ready, Territory Manager - Rehabilitation Market, you will be responsible for achieving capital sales objectives within physical therapy clinics, outpatient rehab centers, hospitals, and government healthcare facilities. This is an individual contributor role focused on direct sales execution and distributor collaboration to expand adoption in the rehabilitation market.
Key Responsibilities:
Meet or exceed capital sales goals for Game Ready products in the rehabilitation market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with physical therapists, physicians, administrators, and hospital decision-makers.
Collaborate with multi-regional distributor representatives to expand account coverage and drive consistent performance.
Manage a territory pipeline, developing new opportunities while expanding share in existing accounts.
Conduct product demonstrations, clinical in-services, and training sessions with healthcare providers.
Accurately track all sales activity, forecasts, and opportunities in CRM systems.
Partner with the Regional Sales Manager to align strategies and execute business plans.
Provide competitive intelligence, market feedback, and growth opportunities to leadership.
Ensure compliance with corporate policies, healthcare regulations, and credentialing requirements.
Your qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience in medical device, rehabilitation, or healthcare services.
Demonstrated ability to sell into physical therapy clinics, hospitals, or government healthcare facilities.
Excellent communication, customer engagement, and clinical presentation skills.

MedStar Health is seeking a Dietitian Regional Manager to oversee the Food Rx Program a comprehensive program offering food-as-medicine for patients with diet-responsive health conditions and food insecurity across the Baltimore region. Based at MedStar Good Samaritan Hospital this role provides regional leadership clinical oversight and operational management for a nationally and internationally recognized food-as-medicine initiative. This position will manage the team of site-lead registered dietitians establish policies and procedures around program operations and standardization track and report on program utilization rates and clinical outcomes (60%). This position will also provide direct patient care within Food Rx including nutrition counseling diabetes education weight management strategies and meal planning support to program participants (40%).
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Provide regional oversight of all Food Rx clinical operations ensuring consistency efficiency and excellence across all sites.
Collaborate with Regional Program Manager to lead streamline and standardize Food Rx workflows policies and clinical practices.
Manage population health and food-as-medicine initiatives that integrate evidence-based strategies for patients experiencing food insecurity.
Supervise and support site-lead Registered Dietitians providing clinical oversight and mentorship to promote high-value care and associate growth. This includes selecting interviewing orienting staff.
Identify and develop growth opportunities to drive program expansion and development
Collaborate with Care Transformation leadership including the Community Health team and the Mobile Health Center.
Represent MedStar Health and the Food Rx program at conferences outreach events PR engagements and hospital-based initiatives.
Collaborate with Regional Program Manager to lead streamline and standardize Food Rx workflows policies and clinical practices.
Manage operational workflows including patient care services staff coverage scheduling provide back-up support during peak periods and absences and overseeing documentation workflows in the electronic health record.
Establish and monitor operational guidelines to support ongoing program success and sustainability.
Ensure alignment of regional efforts with organizational goals quality standards and community health strategies.
Build strengthen and maintain relationships with community partners; identify and engage new stakeholders to expand program reach.
Oversee program materials including the Food Rx formulary participant education content and site-specific resources.
Provide nutrition assessments and tailored diet education-primarily for diabetes heart disease and other chronic conditions. Offer individualized counseling on nutrition diabetes self-management weight management and meal planning.
Work with interdisciplinary team to identify eligible patients for the Food Rx program coordinate enrollment and follow-up and provide MNT/DSME consults
Travel to MedStar Baltimore hospital sites and community sites where the program has embedded community programs
Incorporate evidence-based strategies into the population health management of patients with complex medical and social needs especially patient populations with food insecurity and uncontrolled diabetes.
Coordinate care with referring providers to reinforce clinical outcomes and comprehensive patient support. 40% of time is direct clinical engagement.

As a Chronic Venous Insufficiency (CVI) Consultant within Boston Scientific's Peripheral Interventions (PI) franchise, you will play a critical role in transforming patient lives through innovative, clinically effective technologies. You will be responsible for developing new accounts and expanding usage within existing accounts to meet defined revenue targets. Your expertise will support physicians and clinical teams in treating Chronic Venous Insufficiency, while you contribute to business growth and the broader strategic goals of the organization.

Your responsibilities will include
Selling products by scheduling and executing sales calls to current and potential customers to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and unit growth objectives
Developing and implementing territory-specific sales strategies by evaluating product needs, competition, and pricing within each account
Creating actionable plans (weekly, monthly, quarterly) based on sales reports and account analysis to meet or exceed sales goals
Conducting in-depth discovery with physicians and hospital personnel to assess needs and match Boston Scientific products accordingly
Observing clinical procedures to gain insight into the workflow, preferences, and product usage patterns of each physician and care team
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to establish pricing strategies aligned with both customer needs and company guidelines
Addressing customer inquiries and product issues by offering thoughtful, timely solutions and engaging relevant internal teams as needed

A Brief Overview
The Vice President Sales is responsible for all sales functions of Avera Health Plans. The position requires leadership, relationship-building, project management, analytic and sales skills that create a culture of success and on-going business and sales goal achievement.
What you will do
Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement which results in meeting and exceeding the annual sales targets for all product lines.
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and go-to-market plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share. Define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when required.
Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales team by fostering a collaborative culture and providing coaching and professional development.
Oversee the entire sales pipeline, manage proposals and contract negotiations, and ensure a consistent, effective sales qualification process. Including, define and execute on the optimal sales force structure and distribution system for the company and its products.
Define and oversee sales staff compensation and incentive programs that motivates the sales team and distribution network to achieve their sales targets.
Develop and execute plans required for outstanding sales leadership as measured by new sales growth, client retention, survey response and compliance metrics including: strategic engagement plans for key stakeholders, strong personal relationships with agents, consultants and groups, effective new and renewal quoting process for all product lines, compliance with all federal, state and internal regulations, requirements.
Establish strong relationships with community and Avera leadership in developing leads and key customer relationships.
Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting. Participate in closing strategic opportunities.
Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to the company leadership team and other company functions.
Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure alignment and successful product launches and sales initiatives.
Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, developing, training, and retaining employees; planning, assigning, and leading work; appraising performance; rewarding and coaching employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Required Education, License/Certification, or Work Experience:
South Dakota Resident Producers License - South Dakota Division of Insurance Must possess a current life and health insurance license, and non-resident license in other states with the Avera Health Plans service areas. within 30 Days
Minimum of seven years extensive sales experience, including a minimum of five years in sales leadership roles and significant experience within the health insurance or healthcare technology sectors.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, inspire, and build effective working relationships across the organization.
Deep understanding of the health plan market dynamics, including experience with selling to payers, providers, or selling health insurance solutions.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets, developing new business opportunities, and executing successful sales strategies.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close complex deals.

The Role
Avant-garde Health is seeking a person to drive sales for our team and transform health care delivery for decades to come. You will be responsible for connecting with C-Suite executives, population health/value-based care leaders, and periperative leaders. This is primarily a hunter role focused on adding new clients. As you add clients, a portion of your time would be spent cultivating these relationships to expand within these organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead sales opportunities from qualification through deal closure with health systems and hospitals, particularly those in the CMS TEAM program, but also sell our broader product portfolio.
Create new sales opportunities through attending conferences, networking, engaging on LinkedIn, participating in webinars, etc.
Help us refine and further flesh out our sales playbook.

Skills & Qualifications
