Prior to the merger with Seamless North America LLC, Matt served as CEO of GrubHub Inc., a company he co-founded in 2004. He led the company through five rounds of investment funding, the acquisition of DotMenu and the 2012 launch of OrderHub. Matt currently serves as an advisory board member for The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, Polsky Center for Entrepreneurship, is a member of ChicagoNEXT, an organization dedicated to driving growth and opportunity in the Chicago business community, and serves on the board of directors of Merge Healthcare Incorporated (Nasdaq: MRGE). He was named one of the top 50 business people of 2014 by Fortune Magazine, and is the 2012 Built in Chicago Moxie Award winner for CEO of the Year and a regular contributor to The Wall Street Journal’s The Accelerators blog. Matt holds a B.S. in physiology from Michigan State University and an MBA and MSCS from the University of Chicago.

Bentley is a passionate, driven entrepreneur, who helps small consumer businesses become big - often very quickly. Ever since he was a kid, he has been fascinated with understanding how high growth companies achieve scale, disrupt industries and change the world we live in. After spending time with Johnson & Johnson and Clif Bar, he joined the Plum Organics team as employee #3 and was fortunate to hold a variety of executive roles, in multiple countries, as the business launched from $0 to ~$100+ million in annual sales in under 7 years. In 2013, the business was successfully sold to the Campbell Soup Co. Others have called him a creative problem solver, a levelheaded leader, an optimist, a self starter, a builder and a collaborator. While he is technically a certified accountant (CMA), he does not mention this at parties. Devoted to a lifetime of learning, he is continually humbled by how little he actually knew the previous year. Originally from just north of Boston, he now lives in Marin, California and spends as much time as possible outdoors (skiing, trail running, cycling, camping, stand up paddle boarding), eating tasty food and laughing with his wife, close friends and two young sons.

Bastian Lehmann is co-founder and has served as a member of the board of directors and as chief executive officer since our inception in 2011. Bastian previously served as the co-founder of Curated.by Inc. from September 2009 to December 2010. Prior to that, he served as the vice president of product development at Zensify Ltd.

Kelly Caruso is a CEO:Shipt at TARGET CORP and Chief Executive Officer at Shipt and is based in Birmingham, Alabama. She has worked as Assistant Buyer at Abercrombie & Fitch Co., Assistant Market Representative at May Merchandising Company, and Managment Trainee at Younkers Department Stores. Kelly attended University of North Dakota between 1987 and 1991.
