Job Description:
Born in Austin, TX BeatBox Beverages is an innovative, cutting-edge beverage brand that speaks to an eclectic group of individuals by authentically connecting with their lifestyles.
BeatBox BEATS (Brand Engagement Activation Team) responsible for the promotional materials and promotional events for BeatBox Beverages. BEATS act as internal brand ambassadors and are responsible for educating consumers and providing samples during promotional events. BEATS report to BEATS Community Manager Isabel Marotta and their local Field Marketing Specialist (FMS).THIS IS A CONTRACT POSITION.
BEATS members will typically work between 4-15 hours a week doing promotional demos at bars/liquor, grocery, and convenience stores. Open availability on weekends is required as most promotional demos will take place (Thursday-Sunday). They will also have the opportunity to work local events and music festivals as available.
Pay is hourly and ranges between $15-$30/hour based on market.
Qualifications:
- Must be 21+
- Possess or willing to obtain an alcohol license
- Have a valid driver's license and ability to drive
- Required to work weekends
- Previous brand ambassador and/or hospitality experience is preferred
Responsibilities:
- Work assigned promo shifts at off/on-premise locations and local events
- Set-up tasting booths including cups, banners, swag, and ability to expense promotional product as necessary
- Drive to local promotional events in surrounding areas and storage unit as needed
- Maintain schedule, and submit required post event reports and information as required by your FMS
- Be an outgoing, excited, and professional representative of BeatBox at all events
- Communicate and work with other members of the team to ensure customer satisfaction, drive brand awareness, and drive product purchase

Territory Brand Ambassador - Retail Merchandising
As a Territory Brand Ambassador for ThirdChannel, you'll represent a portfolio of our clients' brands in-store - from globally recognized premium fashion labels to to leading lifestyle and performance brands, and more. Key Responsibilities In-Store Visit Execution (80%)
Schedule and conduct regular visits to assigned retail locations, meeting visit objectives across premium fashion and standard merchandising accounts.

Deliver engaging customer interactions, highlighting product features - from craftsmanship in fashion to innovation in other retail categories.
Document each visit with accurate reporting, photos, and insights using ThirdChannel's digital tools.
Build collaborative relationships with store personnel to ensure smooth execution and brand consistency.
Brand Rep Engagement & Feedback (20%)
Capture high-quality images of displays for use in training and marketing.
Review and contribute to training resources that support premium fashion and broader merchandising standards.
Share timely insights and opportunities with ThirdChannel leadership to improve retail execution.
Identify ways to enhance brand storytelling, customer experience, and execution across categories.
Skills & Requirements
Experience in retail merchandising, fashion sales, or brand ambassadorship. Premium or luxury fashion background a plus, but not required.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the ability to work independently in the field.
Proficiency with mobile tech, reporting platforms, Google Suite, and MS Office.
Must have reliable transportation and be open to travel within your territory.

Your Core Responsibilities:
Brand Education & Training:
Share your knowledge of On products to educate store staff on features, benefits, and the brand's value.
Visual Merchandising:
Design eye-catching apparel displays, style mannequins, and merchandise footwear by category, ensuring they align with brand standards and attract customers.
In-Store Support:
Conduct regular store visits, ensuring product placement, displays, and signage are on point.
Reporting & Insights:
Capture photos, observations, and feedback during visits, then submit detailed reports via our mobile app to help improve brand presentation and retail execution.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in retail, merchandising, and product training
Passionate about the On brand and active lifestyle
Friendly, engaging, with excellent relationship-building skills
Strong communicator, both verbal and written
Tech-savvy with smartphones and reporting tools
Reliable transportation and willing to work nights/weekends

The Crown Is Yours
As a Promotional Strategy & Monetization Specialist, you'll shape the strategy behind how DraftKings utilizes generosity to drive revenue growth. You'll help develop, test, and scale promotional campaigns that balance customer satisfaction and profit. Your collaborative skills will be put to use as you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive smarter monetization decisions through customer analysis, experimentation and behavioral modeling. This is a highly analytical, math-driven role focused on maximizing long-term customer value.
What you'll do as a Promotional Strategy & Monetization Specialist
Design and execute promotional campaigns that drive customer behavior while exceeding profitability targets.
Partner with Product and Data Science to build and scale intelligent offer systems, including personalization models.
Lead experimentation strategy for promotional profitization, including test design, analysis, and optimization.
Collaborate with Analytics to model customer value, track bet-level economics, and evaluate long-term impact.
Align closely with CRM, Finance, and Product teams to support campaign planning, execution and reporting.
Maintain and enhance the core tools-dashboards, documentation, and frameworks-that guide promotional decisions.
Contribute to budget strategies by advocating for investment based on predictive customer value.
Provide strategic input into the evolution of generosity as a lever for monetization across the Sportsbook.
What you'll bring
At least 3 years of experience in operations, analytics, or marketing strategy, with a focus on monetization.
Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau; experience with Python or R is a plus.
Experience designing and analyzing experiments and ability to distill complex data into clear recommendations to inform business strategy.
A strong knowledge of sports betting or a passion for the sports industry.
A strong understanding of customer segmentation, value modeling, and ROI-based decision-making
